Primera vez que leo una novela de Elizabeth Barone y aunque es corta, me pareció muy entretenida. Me enganchó desde las primeras páginas. En ella nos cuenta sobre Koty Jackson, el popular cantante de la banda de chicos ESX, quien aunque es famoso por ser un cantante del género Pop, quiere ser una estrella de rock. Y ha encontrado una oportunidad de que su sueño se realice. En este primer libro tiene la oportunidad de conocer a Jett Costa, cantante femenina de la banda Perpetual Smile, de rock indie. Quien realmente no lo soporta ni al principio, ni al final del libro.
Lo que más me conmovió de este libro fue saber que la pareja de Jett y compañero de banda, tiene cáncer, y saber cómo intenta ella ser fuerte al estar a su lado.
Es un interesante abre boca para la serie. ¿Será que Koty lograra su sueño? ¿Jett terminará soportándolo? ¿Qué sucederá con ESX y Perpetual Smile?

Enjoyed
I really admire Koty. He has an amazing work ethic and also knows what he really wants. Jett poor thing lost the "love of her life" to cancer and she spirals out of control. I really feel bad for the both of them. I do think the author did try to touch on Koty's family life. I would have liked a bit more information about him. It didnt end like I would have liked either. Overall I did enjoy the story.

Very entertaining!
I loved it! Koty was a very good guy! Jett not so much , she's a mess! Got to love her attitude though! Koty just needs to stand up for himself more! Great story!

Es una novela corta, realmente sin mucho que decir, el chico artista que quiere ser famoso (mas de lo que ya ) pero a su manera no todo pop sino algo parecido a su carácter, por que esta cansado de actuar en una fantasía sin sentido.
Ella es una chica que ha luchado por cada cosa que tiene y atraviesa por una perdida muy significativa.
El libro realmente no es malo, pero no continuaría la saga ya que es un libro de relleno.

I always genuinely enjoy Barone's work. I had read the first book in her South of Forever series and wanted to go back to when Koty and Jett's story first started for some much needed background.
This was a fun read and I loved the characters Barone created in this book. I am excited that Jett and Koty's story isn't over because I am definitely not done being in their world just yet.
