This is a fantastic cocktail book with lots of variety. I liked the fact that it mainly included ingredients that you would already have in a reasonably stocked home bar. Also I loved the short history of the cocktails at the start of each recipe. Great gift to give someone or to have yourself.

First impression
Very nice and sturdy print, with an image of the cocktail each time. I say image here because it is a painted design, not a photograph.
Lots of variety of punches, cold and hot drinks for the winter period.
A separate chapter is dedicated to the different syrups used and how to make them yourself as well as how to infuse certain drinks.
Great for someone with a limited number of bottles in the house who is willing to expand their range.
