An extraordinary and timely story about a girl who is lost, and a boy on the autism spectrum who is a brilliant creator of maps. Together, the pair navigate the heart wrenching twists life throws us—from loss (on multiple levels), to toxic, abusive relationships. Oh, and did I mention the spelunking?! The hard part of THE EASY PART OF IMPOSSIBLE (HarperTeen) is reaching the end. As the number of pages left to read dwindled, the tug of war between read-slow-because-I-don't-want-it to end & read-faster-because-I-need-to-find-out-what-happens raged.
A brilliant foray into the fascinating, unfamiliar worlds of diving and spelunking and oh so familiar emotions. I love and feel for Ria, I love Cotton, I love this book! (I do not write that lightly or often...)
