Now I am very mad at how the anime messed up the story in its latest chapters.

Though the two guards are far from pushovers, Sanbe and the Shuichi-Claire pair end up victoriou. They learn more about the guy who found 100 coins first and about his power. It's Kaito, Shuichi old friend from cram school. He has the ability to resurrect the dead.

Shuichi faces him and immediately realises he is outmatched. Still, he goes for the headshot, hoping it would work like it did on the guards. Kaito is not only invincible, but immortal as well. Because of the traumatic past, he lets them go, but only this one time. Apparently, Claire is responsible for something in their past, but her and Shuichi's memories of the event were erased by Elena.

Though no real answer was given as to what happened in the past. This book shows the strength difference of a 100 coin collector. The main characters may have to forgo their plan of getting coins from the main ship. Let's see.

A quick volume. More organized than the previous volume. Little to no depth added to the story until the literal last page of the volume. Hopefully, the next volume adds something more.
