The "recipe" section far outweighs the "treatment/science" section.

What I found interesting is how this yeast contributes to cancer and what factors this may contribute to the disease. I read this book after my sister died of a rare form of breast cancer. This is knowledge that everyone with cancer or who has a history of cancer in their family needs to know.
