Not easy and not for Air Fryers

This book has very good nutritional information and nice healthy recipes but many recipes are not Air Fryer friendly without accessories to fit in the basket. Also, many ingredients are not just found around the kitchen. They're very recipe specific. I'm not impressed or satisfied. I don't recommend for just Air Fryers.

Not worth your time or money

This is not a good cookbook. Half of the recipes are incomplete for example for a caramel sauce it says bring the water to a boil and allow to darken. Out of all the recipes on there I will maybe try 3.

Not for beginners

Most of these recipes require ingredients not found in the average American kitchen. It would have been nice to see some gluten free recipes since so many people are now being diagnosed with a gluten allergy.

Not what I thought

It had some good recipes but they weren't all for the Air Fryer like I thought it would be. There are some very good ones in there.

Haphazard Cookbook slapped together quickly in order to cash in on the air fryer craze. Organizational structure is weak. Many of the recipes are incomplete in their adaptation for air fryers.

A book for beginners should contain a smaller number of tried and true recipes that work better in the air fryer. This book throws in every single recipe you could conceivably air fry.

There are about 18 recipes I plan to try.
