As a Christmas Horror anthology, this one was a bit hit and miss, though there were more good stories than bad, so it’s still worth the $3ish (kindle edition).

There were a few stand-out stories, my favourites were:
A Bequest to the December Saint, by Jefferson Retallack, Holly Jolly’s Last Christmas, by Sue Marie St. Lee, and It’s That Time of Year, by Helen Power. 3.5 stars.

Outstanding! I am a huge horror fan so the whole concept of a horror-related Christmas anthology was perfect to me! Delightfully macabre, inventive and wildly creative; I think this could spawn some new holiday classics!

If you love horror, and you love horror filled Christmas stories, this is a great book of short stories and poems. From extreme horror to slasher-esque horror, to more in between, there are stories that cover pretty much every horror genre. Like with most anthologies, some stories are better than others, but this is a perfect book if you are looking for Yuletide terror.
