very good refresher for basic info with an inspirational twist. Will 100% change your attitude about your cycle. Truly wish I had this book when I was a kid, but thankful it exists now. If you've ever bled, read it. It's time to destigmatize natural part of our lives.

Love love love this book! Learning about the seasons of a woman’s body and connecting to the ebbs and flows of what it’s meant to do is very empowering. I especially appreciate the encouragement of talking about this with your circle and communicating where you are at in your cycle and planning your life accordingly. Brilliant!

Excellent way to start the conversation of menstrual health within capitalism. This book gave me plenty of resources to start tracking my own cycle and understanding how it affects my life without fighting against it. Definitely recommend to everyone with a cycle!

*very cis and white centric, still a great source but should be a starting point :)

This was a quick read and felt like I was chatting with friends. I use several examples when coaching other women—it’s amazing how many women don’t pay attention to the patterns of their cycle! I feel pride in my cycle after reading!

What an inspiring book that helps us understand each phase, how we are cyclical by nature (not linear), and it also destigmatizes something so incredibly natural. I wish we all would share this perspective!

Had a decent amount of information, the spelling and grammar could use some work, maybe an editor was needed? Excited to learn more about how to work with my monthly hormone cycle.
