I ordered this recipe book along with my Instant Pot. Seriously, I would not be able to use the Instant Pot without the detailed instructions the book provides. There are some really fabulous recipes and I can highly recommend this book!

I gave the book only 4 of 5 stars because my Instant Pot does not have low, medium and high settings for the “Manual” mode. I have only one manual mode, so I’m not quite sure what to do different when a recipe calls for medium vs. high pressure modes. Perhaps the next edition can address how the recipes should be adjusted depending upon the Instant Pot model.

Needs pictures

Lots of recipes but they need pictures!!
A good variety of dishes, from meat to fish to sides, pasta and desserts.

But a picture is worth 1000 words!!!

Instant pot cookbook

It was very good but many recipes had food that we didn’t have or like. Otherwise it was ok for me.

Nice!

This is my first recipe book for the insta, it seemed just about perfect. Thank you! I feel a little less nervous now.

Great menu choices.

Interesting choices for a great menu selection. Menu varied and made a simple foods combination for any and all meals. Nice job.

Not foolproof when directions are poor

Multiple typos, missing words, no pictures, to start with. Add to that recipes like the one called pork and cabbage stew that does not have cabbage as an ingredient, and another shrimp dish with shrimp in the ingredients but never added it in the directions. There were a few ideas here, but I am deleting it since it isn't worth the space. Good thing it was free, or I would be asking for my money back.
