Sunako’s auntie, the landlady, lost her one true love years ago, but is death really forever? When the landlady visits the mansion, Ranmaru, the notorious playboy, begins to act strange. In fact, he’s behaving just like the landlady’s deceased husband. There’s only one Ranmaru’s been possessed by the ghost of the landlady’s long-ago love. Now the landlady is ready to spend some quality time with her mate. But wait–he’s still Ranmaru on the outside. Kyaaaaaa!

Sunako-chan is such a fun character to read. Mix that with the ever so dazzling Kyohei, I'm solved! They're both so naive and it's really funny reading their interactions.
Poor Sunako is confused about her feelings for Kyouhei. She thinks he was harassing her, so what does she do? She strikes back! Putting carrots in the meals (carrot is the food Kyouhei despises the most). And all finally realized that Sunako sees only Kyouhei as the 'dazzling creature'. Why is that? Duh, because she is in love with him!
The chapter about Kyouhei becoming a 'housewife' was another great one. He is always so rude, not caring about anything, and see him being concern about dirtiness and stuff was surprising.
In the anime I have already felt sorry for Sunako's aunt and the death of Darling. She was very much in love with him, and still is (note aside: when Kyouhei admitted he has never been in love. Priceless! the expressions of the boys)
MEH again, the chapter of 'The Prince and the Princess'. Until now, I am not able to remember her name, she is so dull. Give me some Kyouhei-Sunako or Takenaga-Noichi instead, anytime.
I love this series!! Sunako and Kyohei crack me up. In this volume they are still in the tiny apartment while the mansion is being re-modeled. It looks like Sunako needs to get a better job so they can all move in together again. But where does she get a better job at :)
In the meantime Takenaga family wants to make him come home for good. Will they succeed?
There is a chapter with the 4 girls that have fantasies about the guys and they try to get into the mansion.
In the last chapter Noi is trying to get Sunako and Kyohei to get closer and fall in love. It is funny the things she tries to do. Can Sunako and Kyohei get closer and fall in love. You would have to read and find out.
If you like characters that are fun, and guys that are dazzling, plus Sunako as a chibi is so cute. I would recommend reading this series. It always makes me smile :)
I wasn't laughing out loud like I do with some of the others, but it was still a good book. It was completely fun-filled, which is a nice change from some of the other manga I've been reading lately. Can't wait for #20 to come out. Highlights include: Sunako squriting blood at anything bright all due to kiss and further kindness from Kyohei. Landlady's love for her darling causes Ranmaru to become possessed with his spirit. Ranmaru and the only girl he feels he can't seduce became closer, or at least attempt becoming closer. they almost kiss! Kyohei and Sunako talk about their feelings, or possible feelings. Kyohei goes on a cleaning spree.

The craziness of this Manga continues. This instalment sees Sunako dealing with the after effects of Kyohei's kiss. Let's just say it isn't pretty. It ends in a cleaning duel between the two of them. We are also treated to Ranmaru being possessed by the spirit of the landlady's dead husband and also spends an evening in the woods alone with the Princess".
Overall series review (mostly) 4 Stars - so far, I’ve still got a few to go… Additional: Like most long running series there are some duff chapters/volumes
There is a lot of things going on in this volume. I am amaze to see Sunako's quick changes of personality, sometimes she seems mad and the second after she doesn't seem to care.
