a fun cookbook, lovely pictures, some instructions could be better, some are beyond me like pasta making but some great tips and things I will try

Generally I find 4 to 5 recipes per cookbook that I would like to try. With this book, there are almost two dozen recipes or techniques that look interesting to me. A large book with wonderful photographs, a nice grosgrain ribbon page marker, and clearly written recipes. Highly recommend.
