For my Halloween-obsessed daughter this was a cute, and not too poorly written, collection of innocent, Halloween-themed short stories. I have to wonder, however: who gives out home-baked donuts on Halloween? This must be some strange, trusting, pre-litigious pig society. And even after Oliver knocks them all on the kitchen floor, they still give them out. I guess pigs have a three-minute rule.
