While Dr. Flynn had some helpful analogies, there were many, many typos, as well as superfluous language that made this difficult to read.
And that's not even the most concerning part, namely, his quoting of "studies", which were not cited. His wife also has several anecdotes throughout the book that barely talk about the hard work she had to put in to overcome her chronic conditions, instead she mostly talks about how her husband rescued her.
