Kate Danley began her writing career as an indie author in 2010. This book got wild in the end there.

Considering I picked the first book up for free on Amazon, this series turned out to be rather entertaining. It's not the best thing out there, but it's on the higher end of indie book series I've read from Amazon.

The O' Hare House Mysteries is a quartet of stories that is really one long story. It's a charming mix of Regency murder mystery, Egyptian curses, demons, and ghosts. In Volume I, a new widow becomes involved with a medium and uncovers a series of other-worldly murders. In Volume II, just having vanquished the foe, she discovers that the curse is still a danger. In Volume III, she has finally rid the world of the curse, only to find a more earthly danger in a powerful & wealthy family. In Volume IV, the new love of her life has been falsely accused of murder. To save him, she must battle a powerful group bent on otherworldly domination.

Positive Ending!

These four books have led me on a roller coaster of mystery, murder, growing romance, and the spirit world. Not all spirits entities are good, just as in life. To try to use the Egyptian artefacts and other mazes to break the laws of life and death with murder and blackmail thrown in was fabulous to read. The end was great and neat. Kate,

Great mystery

The danger and mystery deepen as Claire and Wesley attempt to unravel the lethal threads surrounding several deaths, including Claire's first husband. With Wesley wrongly accused of murder and imprisoned, Claire had to pull out all the stops to find the truth and free him.

End of four book wonderland

This is the last novel of four and is a wonderful conclusion to a sweet romance fraught with danger. Ghosts, mediums and a vast group bent on ... no spoilers here. I found this most enjoyable, not a taxing read. Perfect for an afternoon. 🌹

Love this series. Fast paced with lots of action And supernatural adventure. Read lots of Kate Danleys books and this series is just as good.
