Tyler Sly was born unable to conceive, and when you’re an omega, that’s a problem. When his brother convinces him to join him on a tour of the wine country, Tyler grudgingly agrees. But when he gets there, his brother is a no-show, and he discovers it's actually a singles tour.
Ronan Blade is just freshly divorced from his wife of two years, and he’s trying to get back into the dating scene. When he meets Tyler, something clicks inside for him. He’s drawn to the quiet omega and begins to spend all his time with Tyler. Tyler is equally drawn to Ronan, and soon the two men are inseparable. Once the tour ends, the men decide to keep in contact. By now, Ronan is realizing his feelings toward Tyler are not simply those of a friend.
When Ronan comes clean to Tyler about his true feelings, the two men give in to their physical need. But Tyler doesn’t trust that an alpha like Ronan would want an omega like him.
It’s no wonder then, that when Ronan’s ex-wife shows up, her appearance sends Tyler into a tail spin of fear and doubt.

This is a sweet romance, with a minimum of drama. A good part of the story is spent with the men getting to know each other on a bus trip to the wine country that neither is thrilled to be on. Tyler is doing his best to control his crush on the sexy alpha, while Ronan is struggling to understand why he would rather hang out with Ty than any of the female omegas trying to catch his eye.
Although it's a whirlwind romance (something that doesn't bother me from Alpha/omega couplings) it didn't feel rushed. The men spent a lot of time together platonically, but the chemistry was always there.
There's not a lot of world-building in the story, which focuses strictly on the men dealing with issues from prior relationships that are preventing them from jumping into something they both want. There is also a bit of drama courtesy of Ronan's ex-wife, but it's not drawn out (happily because she is a horrible person). I wouldn't have minded seeing some of the fallout for Ronan with his family, but it was just covered in a passing conversation.
If you like mpreg and want a sweet, light story, this was a fast-paced read, with a wonderful HEA.
Tyler is an omega who has been told since birth that he would be unable to have kids. It has affected every aspect of dating and relationships for him, where he's almost sets things up to fail before they've even begun with the attitude that he's a damaged omega. His brother books a week-long trip to vineyards and although he doesn't want to go, Tyler does and that's where he meets Ronan.
Ronan is an alpha who has just recently separated from his cheating wife. They have been separated for about three months when he signs on to the same vineyard you that Tyler is on. Although he has never been attracted to men before, he can't help but realize that he wants more than just friendship with Tyler. He decides to take a chance on Tyler, experiences his first time with a man, but things come temporarily crashing down when his ex-wife shows back up in the picture.
I thought that it was a little bit different that Ronan, the alpha, saw himself as 100% straight before meeting Tyler, and I liked that. I read a lot of ABO/omegaverse stories, and in them alphas are pretty much all openly bisexual and open to dating men or women. It provided some solid conflict, and then when his ex-wife came back into the story, that also gave some conflict. I'm glad that it didn't take too, too long for Ronan to get his act together and get things figured out, both with what was going on and what he ultimately wanted. He had Tyler had great chemistry together, I love the ease of their friendship at the beginning, and then that connection when they became more.
A fun non-shifter ABO story that takes place around the holidays!
I received an arc in exchange for an honest review.
The first half of this book was really annoying and I was on the edge of dumping it, there were so much awful topics!! In an omegaverse why in the hell someone would be shocked about gay people? Really? And the ex-wife thing... Ugh, no. But I persisted and the second half is really good and sweet! (+1star just for the second part of the story!) Not really christmassy, but very nice.
This was a fun, overall light read, and it was an mpreg story that was well written! Sorry but I haven't come across a lot of those. Idk why, but writing tends to be lacking with mpreg stories a majority of the time.
But this was good and engaging, and I liked Tyler and Ronan from the start.
Tyler has been anti-social and unwilling to meet guys for a long while, because he's been told by multiple doctors that he can never conceive, which as an omega is something that is looked down upon because of course omega's are looked at as baby machines, and all of Tyler's past boyfriends have left him once they found out he's baron.
But his brother tricks Tyler into going onto a singles only vacation type thing where he could potentially meet a single Alpha, and he does with Ronan...only problem is that Ronan is straight, or has thought he was straight his whole life until he met Tyler.
So at first they're just friends, but then they get along so well that they just want to spend time with each other and aren't really interested in meeting others on the trip.
The attitude towards LGBT+ people still seemed that of our world, so I myself was wondering how there are male omegas but it's always still a big deal if you're gay...the book doesn't detail if female alphas can somehow get omega's pregnant, female or male, but I have to assume so if it's still a pretty heteronormative society they live in here.
I also don't really get why the ex-wife was brought in, she was pretty nasty and served no real purose and didn't stick around long either. I felt she was just inserted to cause drama between Tyler and Ronan and didn't actually make sense as to why she showed up. It was drama for drama's sake.
Tyler at times frustrated me with his attitude about how no one could love him, but it was kinda understandable at the same time because he was honestly just scared. Still felt he should have apologized better to Ronan.
The mpreg does come in this and while it was fine, I feel like it could have been focused on a little more. I didn't quite feel a connection between these two and their kid once she was born. Like they loved her, but I dunno, I just wanted more from them when it came to their kid. The love didn't feel strong enough *shrug*
But other than those few things that bothered me and a few nitpick-y things, I enjoyed this overall, and while the mpreg was a fun bonus, this story was mainly focused on the romance between these two, and it was a well written romance so I quite enjoyed it.
Starring two men with hidden insecurities, people in their past who hurt them, and a totally unexpected attraction between them that neither has a clue what to do with, this story is a rather angst-filled, sometimes painful journey toward love. It all starts with a special tour of the Golden Valley wine country – one for singles, be they omegas or alphas. While Ronan, a recently divorced alpha, had planned to attend to get back in the dating game, Tyler, an infertile omega who has given up on ever having a family of his own, is definitely not interested and only came to spend time with his brother. When said brother ends up sick (due to a hangover of all things!), Tyler is unexpectedly alone. What looks like disaster for him turns out to be a blessing – but I am getting ahead of myself.
This is a very sweet and quick read, perfect for this holidays. Don't expect something super complicated and unique but something that you can enjoy with a smile.
I enjoyed the premise, the characters were lovely. I liked Ronan as an alpha, he was really sweet and kind and he was not all macho-I-know-it all. Tyler was nice but too insecured and it's seen throughout the whole story, plus the fact he cannot conceive played a big role in his low self-esteem. The drama wasn't that unexpected not too deep, enough to keep the story going.
Very sweet, tender, heartwarming and cute. There's a tiny bit of angst and unrequited love that add spice to this piece of fluff, making it just perfect for me. One of the best Christmas romances I've read :)
Tyler brother sets him on an single only club bus trip for a week to get to know people or mayb date. That fails nut not when he is stuck going on his own when his brother cant make it. His meet Ronan a cop and straight but not so much. ITs very nice get to know each other and some win and dine along the way will anything stand in there way maybe not, nice feel good story
Tyler and Ronan were good together, and their relationship was very sweet. If it were just these two in pretty much any situation, I would have enjoyed the story.
Unfortunately, I had some major issues with the worldbuilding in this book. First was with Ronan's divorce; the timing of the divorce was all over the place, from a couple of months in the future, to a couple of months in the past. We had definitive statements both ways during the course of the wine tasting trip. Next, while sweet and all, I thought that Tyler's pregnancy was a bit of a copout.
And my biggest issue with this book was trying to understand why this society would have any reason to think anything was odd with Ronan loving Ty. It seems to be that, in this world, all females are omegas and some males are as well. Thus the definition of an omega would be the ability to bear children. In a world where this is the case, what would be the social impetus to value one type of child bearer over another? It seemed like our world's social mores were imposed on these characters without it making much sense. As long as the relationship was viable for procreation, I don't see why this society would ever develop a bias against male omegas. This also leads me to the question of what makes an omega male or female? Can male omegas sire children as well as bear them? Or is their ejaculate infertile? All of these questions just kept floating around in my head as I read this book, and lessened my enjoyment of the story.
So, I've been on an MPreg kick lately. Whenever I can, I sign up for books with that theme, I tend to gravitate towards the sweeter, funnier, lighter side of the spectrum where these stories are concerned, though, and Single Omegas Only fit the bill quite nicely!
Ronan is a straight Alpha, nearly divorced from his cheating wife and Tyler is a gay single Omega with an infertility issue that has made him having a lasting relationship nearly impossible. When they meet during a Singles Only Wine Tour, they hit it off. Ronan is confused about his feelings for Tyler, since he's never been attracted to another man in his life and Tyler is interested, but doesn't want to be Ronan's experiment. When they come back home, neither man is ready to let go of their relationship and after Ronan finally decides to give in to his feelings, he realizes he has all he's ever wanted in Tyler. But when Ronan's ex-wife suddenly comes back, so does Tyler's insecurities.
I loved Ronan and Tyler, they were really great together and apart. While I think my favorite was Tyler, I loved Ronan's possessiveness towards Tyler. It didn't hurt that they were smoking hot together and damn, if I wasn't afraid my kindle would catch on fire at one point along with myself.
This was a fantastic GFY romance, the MPreg was well-done and I just loved most of it. Now, if we'd somehow made the ex-wife disappear it would've been perfect. Very recommendable!

I chose this book for two reasons. Firstly, MPREG is a fast growing genre that is my go-to feel good books. Secondly, the backstory made for an interesting read.
Tyler and Ronan were so good together, first as friends then as lovers. One week on a wine tour was supposed to open Tyler up to the prospect of finding an alpha, something he had been trying to avoid considering what he had been going through. It mattered not that Ronan was formerly straight and in the midst of a divorce. All that mattered was how they both felt in each other's presence.
This was a sweet, well thought of story and it kept me glued to the pages, wanting to get to the next chapter. Told in alternative views, the reader was able to understand both men and their inner thoughts. In the midst of it all, following a new avenue, Tyler is presented with the best news possible, but will he be able to have his Alpha and his cake? And would Ronan be able to convince him that it would be worth it all?
This is a heated romance with some interesting twists to supply conflict. I enjoyed how the characters of Ronan and Tyler were initially drawn to each other in a platonic, "why are we on this bus tour?" fashion, then watching them come to terms with their emotions and life obstacles as they blossomed into something so much more. I was particularly taken with and happy for Tyler. Seeing him get his HEA complete with baby was sweet. The story is quite exclusively relationship-centric, which isn't a negative. I just somehow kept expecting to see Ronan and Tyler interacting more with their jobs, friends, etc. Overall this is a satisfying story of two vulnerable guys willing to take a chance and having it work out in the best way possible. ♥
A free copy was provided to me in exchange for an honest review.
I loved this story. I couldn't put it down. I loved the premise of Tyler being stuck on a trip he didn’t want to go on, but he still was a super nice guy to everyone and made the trip fun. He was so casual and laid back and really put himself out there to give it a chance.
I loved that Ronan couldn't stay away. Even though he'd never thought about a man before, he couldn't help himself. I loved the resolution after the turmoil. This was just a really strong story with a great HEA and a perfect message.
I just completed SINGLE OMEGAS ONLY, the latest MPREG Romance novella by S.C. Wynne, and it was quite a treat. I confess that this was my first MPREG experience and, at the outset, I wasn’t certain what to expect—people seem to either love it or hate it—but it was quite the pleasant surprise and for me it was a great introduction to the sub-genre. The characters were engaging and likable, the romance was a perfect blend of tension and steam, and the ending was very satisfying. I had no trouble suspending disbelief and just enjoying the ride. And, incidentally, it’s a perfect read when you’re looking for just the right amount of SWEET to make you feel good during the holiday season. Over the years, I’ve become a huge fan of this author because she keeps striking out in new and interesting directions and manages to make it work. I can’t wait to see what she has in store for us next.
I want to start off by saying this cover was absolutely adorable. I was given no choice, but to buy it immediately. Unfortunately I was in the midst of reading the Vale Valley series, Christmas and my Mom's birthday shopping. I created a special Steno notepad to write my Christmas reviews. As I read this amazing book I learned a character had a birthday the day after Christmas. So does my Mom! And she insists on two separate gifts.
S. C. Lynne handled this story so well. The story seemed predictable. So for those who enjoy the tropes: gay for you, unexpected Mpreg, infertile Omega, loner, dog owner, brothers growing close out of necessity, stubborn Omega, impact of being bisexual on the lives of the other people in an Alpha's life, devious spouse (Ex), straight divorce. But you'd be wrong to assume you knew what was going to happen besides a HEA.
I loved this book more than I'd imagined. The Alpha - formerly completely straight - never questioned his sexuality. He'd been married and was in the process of a divorce. Ronan really agonized over how he felt about the wonderful male Omega on his Singles Winery bus trip. There was certainly Insta-like, but the Straight / Gay dichotomy made it so much more interesting.
If you enjoy tension, passion, fun, laughs, companionship, miscommunication, mixed signals, pushing away, shocks, surprises, characters to love and hate then this book is for you. I adore Mpreg - but this book spent most of its time not on it, but the build up and it was wonderful. Great job S.C. Wynne!
4.5 stars - This is another good story set in the author's alternate alpha omega world where all omegas, male or female, can get pregnant. Well, except poor omega Tyler who's been told by multiple doctors that he has a defect that won't allow him to conceive, Experience has supported this diagnosis, and Tyler has been rejected many times for not being able to fulfill his destined role. His brother Steve convinces him to go on a singles only wine tour vacation. The wine tour sounds great, but meeting single alphas not so much. Steve cancels on him while Tyler is standing in the parking lot by the bus. He almost decides to cancel as well but gives in at the last second and boards the bus. There he meets Ronan who is a recently divorced, straight alpha. They click and spend most of the tour together, which is problematic for a few reasons, foremost because Tyler has fallen for his new straight friend. For his part, Ronan struggles with feelings he can't quite identify concerning his relationship with Tyler. This is a sweet friends-to-lovers story with a slow build, somewhat low angst, and a bit of drama. There's also a look at how expectations of others can impact our hopes, dreams, and choices. I totally enjoyed going along on this journey of two individuals trying to define themselves and find their own happiness.
I was given this free ARC and willingly provide this honest review.
Omega, Tyler Sly and his alpha brother Steve, were supposed to go on a single’s only wine tour for a week. Except Steve bails on Tyler last minute. Not to mention Tyler knows nothing about it being a single’s only tour until the bus is about to leave. Tyler doesn’t want to go but last minute decided to get on the bus.
Ronan is an alpha who is legally separated from his wife and in the process of a bad divorce. He’s ready for a week drinking wine and get back into the dating scene. Unfortunately Ronan is in for a surprise when he meets Tyler on the bus and the two find they have something in common. But Ronan is straight and thinks mistakes/denies the chemistry he feel for Tyler as friendship. The two spend most of the week together shooting the shit. Both ignoring their attraction to each other but they have to go home sometime and when they come out of their little bubble the two aren’t sure what will become of their relationship.
I enjoyed it. I thought it was a cute read with little drama. I loved the chemistry between the two characters and their observation of each other. Their insecurities on whether they should broach a romantic relationship or remain friends. I enjoyed the direction in which their story went and how it all ended. Steve stepping up after Tyler’s assessment of him was a nice surprise.

This is intriguing, romantic and sweet. Tyler is a friendly, caring, insecure and vulnerable gay omega who can't have children. Ronan is a kind, generous and protective straight man who is confused by his attraction to Tyler. Drawn to each other, they had a relaxed, easy relationship from the minute they met, and the more time Ronan spent with Tyler, the more time he wanted to spend. That confused Ronan, as did the agitation he felt when another man paid attention to Tyler. Tyler fell for Ronan, while desperately trying to, because he really liked having Ronan as a friend. Ronan eventually figures out that he's bi, something he never knew about himself, and convinces Tyler to be in a relationship. But things don't go smoothly, there's Ronan's ex-wife, Tyler's insecurities, Ronan's family and Ronan's doubts about himself. It's great story with a HEA. I received a complimentary copy of this book from Hidden Gems. This is my honest and voluntary opinion of it.
Tyler was supposed to meet his brother for a wine tour, but had to do it alone... a wine tour for singles. Sadly, no Alphas want a barren omega... or so he believed until he struck up a friendship with fellow tourist Ronan.
Ronan is separated from his wife and looking to mingle with a nice omega. He never was with a man before but Tyler turns out to be a temptation he can not ignore. There is always adoption, right? They are meant to be But fate has a surprise for them.
Tyler and Ronan are wonderful characters. I love their interactions - funny, sweet and oh so sexy. Their story is entertaining and satisfyingly romantic. Well written, with likeable characters, this book is a win.
I received an advanced reader's copy of the book and I am voluntarily leaving my honest review and recommendation.
This was an amazing story between two wonderful protagonists. Tyler had always been told that although he was an omega, he is unable to conceive. His plans to go on a getaway with his brother, who backs out at the last minute, leaving him alone. Although Tyler never wanted the trip in the first place, he finds himself having fun and getting to know the others on the tour and Ronan. Ronan is divorced and I thought it was sweet how he was taken by surprise by his attraction to Tyler. But when his ex-wife shows up and rocks the boat, Tyler's insecurities he carried his entire life rears its ugly head. I loved how Ronan quickly realized she was in the past and wanted Tyler. Tyler is so sweet, who wouldn't want him. This is a wonderful story between two men who were meant to be together and a must-read!!
Sweet, fun and a surprising friendship that leads to love and so much more. I loved these characters, both men were well developed and very likable. . The writing flowed nicely and i so enjoyed it the story-line. Our hearts start with tugs on them with these guys stories and the story just get better and better. The epilogue is epic!!
I knda wanted to shake them both a time or two when they forgot to communicate. Tyler was so conflicted crushing on a straight guy and i loved that Ronan just wanted to spend time with Tyler. Lots of self discovery for both men and i loved Ronan in that process, when he saw that he had acted in fear and was not his best self, he immediately took steps to own his actions.
I was gifted this book from the author and i freely give my review.
I received this book as part of an ARC review. Tyler's brother was to join him on the wine tour but bailed at the last minute. Despite almost backing out himself, Tyler does go on the tour. He meets Ronan and they hit it off as friends first then more. Ronan was straight but as time goes by, he realizes that he wants a lost more with Tyler. Tyler after being disappointed so many times in the past is leery of trying again. Also Ronan is getting a divorce from his cheating wife. Despite interference from Ronan's ex, Ronan goes after Tyler determined to be with him. Tyler and Ronan are in love with each other and fate has an added bonus for them, a baby. I liked the realism in the story in that not everything is perfect but if you are willing to work at it and believe, anything is possible.
Tyler is an omega who has been told he can't have babies. He has trust issues where alpha's are concerned. His brother encouraged him to go on a singles winery tour. Where he met Ronan, a newly divorced, straight alpha. Tyler is immediately attracted and fights this. Ronan is confused, he finds none of the single female omegas sexually attractive and wants to spend all of his time with Tyler. After the tour finishes they have Christmas together and Ronan admits to Tyler his feelings. Tyler is scared and distrustful. Then Ronan's ex turns up throwing a spanner in the works. Tyler runs. When Ronan finally gets it together he goes to claim his omega, but is it too late. I loved this book. A little angsty, a bit of drama and a lot of sweet.
Tyler has been coerced into a bus vacation to wine country by his brother, who then doesn't show up for the trip. Ronan is finalizing his divorce and is looking to get back in the dating pool. Tyler's brother also didn't mention that this trip was for singles. Ronan and Tyler strike up a conversation as the trip starts and seem to immediately connect. Ronan can't figure out why as he's never been attracted to a man before but something about Tyler attracts him more than any of the women. Tyler has major trust issues as other alphas have rejected him because he's been told he's infertile. Just as the two physically connect, Ronan's ex shows up with a little surprise of her own. The fates seem to have come together with these two if they can just learn to trust and get past their fears.
Tyler is an omega, gay, single and views himself as defective. Ronan is an alpha, straight (or so he thought), separated from his wife and getting divorced. These men go on a wine tour for singles, however Tyler had no idea because his dear brother booked it, convinced him in going and never showed up, leaving Tyler to go alone.
These two characters completes each other so perfectly. There is great humour, a nice flowing story and a very sweet slow burn of romance. It is really a wonderful book that leaves you satisfied at the end.
I voluntarily leave this review after receiving an ARC copy.
This was a good and unusual take on one has and alphas. Tyler was going on a wine your with his brother. At the last minute his brother backs out. Only then does Tyler find out its a singles only tour. Tyler knows an alpha won't ever want him because he can't reproduce. During the tour he meets Ronan who is very recently divorced from his wife. The characters where built pretty good and the location of the story was nice. I've read numerous alpha/omega stories that have had angst and m/m but I just couldn't get into this one. I received a complementary copy of this book via Hidden Gems and chose to write a review.
I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.
I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed this story. For all that they don't know each other for long, it didn't real feel like an insta-love. Ronan and Tyler build a friendship during their week long trip together and I think that friendship helped make the romance feel deeper when it finally came. I like that Ronan does question his sudden attraction to a man after viewing himself as straight before and does question if he's able to commit to revealing his relationship before jumping into it. I think the way Ronan treats Tyler is sweet, they really do make a cute couple.
Tyler knew he would never meet an alpha who would stay with him, knew he could never have children and accepted his truth that he would always be alone. Ronan knew he needed to move on with his life following his divorce, knew he needed to meet a nice female omega so he could have the family he craved. On a trip for single Alpha's & omega's Tyler knows that Ronan is straight and wouldn't want him. Ronan knows he isn't attracted to men, so why do the couple feel drawn together. If the pair can overcome their fears just maybe this would be their best Christmas ever. Thoroughly recommend this book.
When Tyler gets duped by his brother into taking a singles trip to wine country he is more than miffed. Ronan is also on the trip trying to find a match after a divorce. He is drawn to Taylor but can’t figure out why. He has always dated women.
I liked the push/pull of Ronan coming to terms with his sexuality. Tyler is a bit of an introvert, but comes of as sweet, not strange. Sexy and sweet romance. A bit of angst here and there to add interest. I felt like the feelings Ronan was experiencing were believable. I really enjoyed this holiday themed romance.
