The Language of Positive Thinking: A Collection from Blue Mountain Arts

Rate this book
The authors, philosophers, and prominent thinkers in this empowering collection come from many different cultures and eras in history, yet their messages of hope and strength spring from a common source of wisdom. No matter how difficult the road or how great the challenge, as long as you maintain faith in a positive outcome and a strong belief in your own abilities, you can ultimately overcome and triumph against any obstacle that life may send your way. The handmade paper chose for the cover of this book is specially crafted from mulberry trees, with real flower petals, grasses, leaves, and bark embedded in the paper. Using age-old techniques, this paper is made without cutting down trees or harming the natural environment.

Every chef has their own secret recipes which they are keen and highly mastered in it. For me the secret recipe for a keen human being is hope and positive thinking. This book may nurture the needs.

This is the third Blue Mountain Arts book that I have read and in my opinion the best!

The beautiful book cover is handcrafted from mulberry trees including genuine blue flower petals, grasses, twigs, and bark inserted into the paper.

Furthermore, the selection of inspirational messages, poems, and writings from authors, clergymen, philosopher, poets, politicians, writers, etc... provide an optimistic outlook for happier times.

Here are a few of my favorites:

"Positive thinking... is the key which unlocks the doors of the world."
-- Samuel McChord Crothers

"The greater the difficulty, the greater the glory."
-- Cicero

"Optimism is the faith that leads to achievement; nothing can be done without hope."
-- Helen Keller

"The glory is not in never failing, but in rising every time you fail."
-- Chinese Proverb

"We learn wisdom from failure much more than from success."
-- Samuel Smiles

"Hope is like the sun which, as we journey towards it, casts the shadow of our burden behind us."
-- Samuel Smiles

This is a wonderful book for reading over and over again.
