Things with the guys are changing and I’m not sure what to do about it. It feels like no matter what I do, somebody is going to get hurt.
Zach is gone a lot, trying to figure out who is after me. That means I am spending a lot of time with the guys for my safety.
I don’t know what to do or how to act around them.
I have to figure out something, and quick.
If I don’t, it might rip my entire team apart.

Chaos is the fifth book in The Zara Chronicles Series. It is a slow burn, reverse harem (RH), why choose, fast paced, action packed, young adult (YA) romance that takes place at Spy Academy.

I'm Scarlett Haven. I write YA and NA books and I write a lot. My books are a fun mixture of romance, mystery, and now some paranormal too!

Besides writing, I also love to read anything I can get my hands on and I'm always drawn to the villain of the story. I am 29 years old and am married to the love of my life.

I really have to say that this book is my favorite of the series so far! I was so happy to see Zara and the guys relationship grow and I have to say that I love Dylan but after this one I got a soft spot for Tristan ❤
If you haven't read this one I really recommend it!

The Zara Chronicles follows teen spy in training Zara, and in order to understand this very slow RH YA story you need to have read this from book one. If you are looking for a fast paced story or one that you are expecting to have lots of movement each installment, than you might want to hold off on all of these until it is completed. We are getting them at a pretty fast pace but like I said, these are very slow on relationship movement. I happen to like reading them, because it adds to the story more. That being said, there is a lot of inner dialogue and how each character feels, with not a lot of action or story movement going forward in this one, until a certain point. Then we are left with a cliff hanger which has me wondering how the story will move forward.

Zara is trying to figure out how to tell the guys that she is attracted to all of them, yes there are some kisses, yes the guys are forced to think about how she feels and how they all like her will affect the team. The title says it all, there is Chaos within the group on what to do and how to proceed. I don't want to reveal to much and give anything away. Going in correctly you can appreciate the story advancement, however small this is, and just enjoy the story. Cannot wait for Dream to find out what happens next.

Light, fun easy reads.

Since I don't normally write reviews unless I have something specific to say, here's the break down of how I rate my books...

1 star... This book was bad, so bad I may have given up and skipped to the end. I will avoid this author like the plague in the future.

2 stars... This book was not very good, and I won't be reading any more from the author.

3 stars... This book was ok, but I won't go out of my way to read more, But if I find another book by the author for under a dollar I'd pick it up.

4 stars... I really enjoyed this book and will definitely be on the look out to pick up more from the series/author.

5 stars... I loved this book! It has earned a permanent home in my collection and I'll be picking up the rest of the series and other books from the author ASAP.

Missing pieces

This was short. There was so much dialogue that it read like a slap opera. When I started to read this it was about a girl going to spy school. At each book it got more in depth with Zara and the guys she on a team with. I see the conflict in this book and it does love up to its name. However I felt that there should be more. Yes, everyone was busy and it was chaotic however I didn't feel this added to her story. There was just something missing for me. I liked the layout of the relationship they are starting to build. This was another stepping stone. I hope it works out.

This book reminds me of the other series i cant stand The Ghost Bird Series( which i think is the WORST main girl character in a RH book and I read MANY RH books in 2018)

Now this book got 3 stars because I kinda like the main girl- she is smart and strong, and I like the guys.
But these books like The Ghost Bird Series move SOOOOO DARN SLOW and nothing really happens.

Like nothing happened big in this book except all the guys admit they like her and they are open to discuss sharing.
To be fair I skimmed through this whole book.

Not my favorite

Zara is conflicted because she likes all the guys and doesn't want to choose just one. There were many one on one conversations with each of the guys which brought about more confusion to Zara. Although the story moved along in terms of their relationship, there was nothing new on who wants to harm Zara. There was a lot repeated paragraphs that weren't needed and i just thought it was ok book since nothing really happened to incite any excitement or anxiety.

Sorry but this is getting a bit bogged down with teenage angst

A decent read but frankly it's getting a bit too predictable. Of course they'll agree to the RH solution. What I want to know is who sent her the notes and messed with the plane. Hope it moves forward in the next book or this will be another series that I loved at the start and then dropped.

Another good one

The relationship is growing more between Sara and the guys. We are finally starting to get where they are all at with each other. Even though the books are short, I like how much is out into it.

Dilemma!

It’s a busy time for Zara. She’s passed her torture training, she’s still being hunted by an outside source, she wants to get to know her bio dad and she has feelings for all her teammates.

With so many choices, what’s Zara supposed to do!

Chaos

Chaos is another short story about Zara and the team of guys at a spy school. All of them are teens. It's a cute story. It is short.

These books are so short but easy to read. Not much happened in this one - just a sorting out of the feelings amongst the team.

Amazing Again!

While this story line might have lacked the usual adventure, there was plenty of suspense! We were able to take a deeper look at some of the boys, which makes it even harder for me to choose a favorite!! I loved diving deeper into the romantic story line and cannot wait to see how the rest of the series unravels!!
