Nobody knows what horrors lurk in the bowels of the city. The sewer police work hard to keep it that way.
For Lieutenant Wilson Jericho, Hell is and it's in the sewers of the sprawling city Megalopolis. As an officer of the Sewer Police, he's responsible for ensuring the bowels of the city are kept running smoothly. Disgraced from his position above ground and now an officer in the Sewer Police, Lt. Jericho thinks he knows everything there is to know about what lies beneath. But scientist Sandra Yeatman is determined to discover the truth behind the legends, and something is threatening to crawl out and rip the city apart...

The solid B-movie concept is the best part of this so-so outing in the tunnels under 'Megalopolis'. I didn't love the art (James Stokoe provided some alternate cover art and this would have been much better if he had done the whole thing), and the story had few surprises.
A schlocky 80s B-movie in comic book form without budget restrictions that'd ruin the spectacle of the gory, gruesome goodness on display. The goal of this kind of entertainment is the indulgement in action and horror visuals and in that the writer and artist did a great job with this comic.
Clearly inspired by B-Movie Monster-schlock that is clearly at least partially inspired by Resident Evil and similar works. It’s entertaining enough, and you get what you expect, but I picked this up for 99p and would have been annoyed if I’d paid more.
Enjoyable book about giant sized creatures in the sewers. It's not that original but it is enjoyably done. If you like your Kaiju, you'll not be disappointed.
I don't know why I picked this up at the library. It's not like you can't tell what kind of graphic novel it's going to be by the cover. Gross and a waste of time.
