Omega females are valued only for their ability to breed.
The Hell’s Wolves MC are bad, dangerously bad. They are on the outskirts of the shifter world, and are known for being wild, reckless, and untrustworthy.
That’s why I know they are the only ones I can hire to protect me from him ... The only ones, that might save me from a life of breeding. But can I find light in their darkness? Will they betray me?
Note: Intended for readers 18+ only due to mature themes and content.
J.L. Wilder likes wild things! Her alpha shifters are gruff and tough, with a pinch of tenderness. Curl up with these bad boy book boyfriends, and they will have you howling at the moon!
When not writing shifter smut, J.L. spends as much time as possible exploring the outdoors. She loves getting into trouble with Ace, her Siberian Husky.
The book wasn't bad, but it was almost more of a fanfiction. The shifter aspect was cool, but some parts seemed a bit too ridiculous. I also thought there would be more smut for sure. 3 super hot werewolf guys and only 1 scene? Maybe the next book will have more. I did like that Emma was resilient and the guys really loved her and would do anything for her. I would have liked more about the shifter world, but it is the first book.
I just learned about J.L. Wilder and this book was a great intro to her works. This story follows a prisoner wolf shifter that gets rescued by a pack of wolves called the Hell's Wolves MC. They are 3 dangerous guys who live life on the edge, outcast by all other shifters. They immediately realize that Emma is a special wolf, and suddenly find themselves in love and ready to protect her at all cost. Lots of suspense, intense action and love. Great slow-burn reverse harem.
I really loves this book it is so exciting, it had me on the edge of your seat from the first page, to the last page. Everything you can think of is in it Adventure, Survival, Fear, Jealousy, Betrayal, Suspense, Mystery, Action Packed, Loyalty, Hate, Lust, Love. Definitely a Must Read!
🔷️Can the Omega she wolf Emma, pick between three shifters, the Alpha Tristan, the Beta Caine and the Drifter Daniel to be her mate?

I loved this!!! This is an exciting action adventure romance. There is a lot of tension and suspense till the very end. I found the characters personalities to be individual, unique and well developed. There were so many emotions craftily written into the story. There was fear, desperation, suspicion, sadness and love. The female wolf shifter Omega is Emma Adams. She has been a prisoner of a bear shifter, Brock. Emma was a special wolf, she had the gift any pack coveted, she could breed multiple pups. This made her a danger to Brock. Brock wanted to keep Emma from reproducing so the wolf shifter numbers would never increase more than his pack. After two years of physical and emotional abuse, somehow Emma contacted the Hells Wolves. The HW were a pack on the edge of wolf society. Emma made plans to escape Brock's compound and meet up with the HWs at a predetermined spot. Emma escaped and ran for her life. It did not take long for Brock's men to come after her in bear form. She was so out of shape, but she pushed her body to the limit. She made it to the meeting point. As soon as she hopped onto one of the motorcycles something happened and she blacked out. She came out of haze hearing men's voices. The HWs took her back to their safe house. Which is actually an underground bunker. There she met the alpha Tristan, the beta Caine and another member Daniel. The three of them took responsibility for training Emma. Caine was in charge of physical training, Daniel was in charge of survival strategies, Tristan was in charge of military strategy and opponent game theory. Due to a snitch, their location was compromised. That night Emma thought to run away because it appeared there was dissention in the pack. She thought she was the cause of it. Tristen went after her. While they were having a heart to heart, through the mind link of the pack Tristan knew that the bears were at their location. Tristan told Emma to shift and run. They made it to another safe house. Emma was extremely concerned about Caine and Daniel. When they arrived, Emma cried and hugged them both. She was so glad to see them and was glad they were still alive. Emma finally broke down and told the guys that she was attracted to all three of them. She wanted to spend time with each of them and if she felt stronger about one over another she would then decide who to mate with. All three men agreed as they all loved her and would wait for her answer. No more dissention. Tristan, Caine and Daniel continued training Emma. When the full moon came they all went for a run. When they stopped for a break, Emma told them she could not chose one over the other. They each had something endearing about them and what she wanted was for all of them to be together. It took about a second for the men to come to grips with what she said. Then they all agreed they were fine with that type of arrangement. All three of them made love to Emma. They spent the rest of the night making wild passionate love. The following day they were hungry from their run and they needed to go grocery shopping. Tristan allowed Emma to go with Daniel as long as she wore a disguise. After they shopped, as they were leaving the store, Emma's world turned black. When she woke up she was in pain and did not know where she was. Brock had recaptured her and chained her up in his dungeon. He wanted to weaken her due to the HW's training. Brock also told her that he killed her adopted pack. After Brock left, she broke down and cried. She grieved the loss of her mates. She then felt a fluttering in her stomach, she realized she was pregnant. That was all she needed to empower her to escape. She did not know if Brock would end her pregnancy or kill the pups after birth. She counted three new lives inside her. She was now determined more than ever to escape. She drew on her training and was able to get out of her chains, activate the fire alarm and assimilate with the crowd leaving the buildings. When they started to disperse, Emma knew she had only moments before Brock would stop her. Brock spotted Emma and at the same time she heard the sounds of motorcycles burst through the gates. It was Tristan, Caine and Daniel. Daniel made a beeline to her. He told her to jump on his back and not let go. The three of them fought the bears. When Tristan and Caine appeared to be losing, she begged Daniel to stay alive because she was pregnant and her pups needed a father. Daniel transmitted Emma's pregnancy new to Tristan and Caine. For a brief moment they looked to her and she acknowledged that it was true. This invigorated and empowered them and they began to fiercely fight back. They were gaining the advantage. Finally, it came down to just Brock. and the men. Tristan went after Brock and Caine joined him. Brock was no more and Emma was really free. The HW's president was so impressed by their actions against Brock that he gifted them a home of their own. What should have taken two days took four days due to Emma's pregnancy needs. Just before they arrived to their destination Emma went into labor. This is such an exciting book and I highly recommend it.
I've been on an MC kick lately, so when I came across this book, I decided to give it a shot. Unfortunately, it really wasn't what I was expecting. As far as the feel of the book goes, when I pick up a shifter book, particularly one with the alpha/omega dynamic, I expect raw, primal, overwhelming passion, and with an MC book, I expect kind of a dark, dirty, almost frightening intensity. In theory, these sound like a great combination, but this book has none of these things. I'm not even sure why the author made the three guys a motorcycle club anyway. Emma keeps talking about how "bad" the guys are, but there's absolutely no example of that in the actual book. The darkest this thing gets is talking about a whip hanging up in Daniel's bedroom.
The truth is, it reads like a YA romance. There's really no chemistry at all between the quartet. Any mention of feelings between Emma and the men feels out of place because there's really no buildup, sexual or otherwise. Honestly, the men are just written much too boyish. If Daniel is over the age of 16, I couldn't find any proof of that. He certainly broods like a teenager; he has the angsty emo thing down pat. Caine acts like every high school jock ever portrayed in a teen movie. And Tristan is the biggest doormat alpha I've ever read. Just not good. Don't even get me started on how annoying Emma is.
I'm not exactly sure why someone would bother to write a menage with absolutely no steam, but here it is - It's like a Reese's Peanut Butter Cup with no peanut butter inside. Kind of feels like a waste of time.
This is the first time, I have read a book by the author and I found it to be a fascinating, action-packed wolf shifter romance. The story-line is well-written & entertaining with complex characters that continued to develop throughout the story. It is about: An omega wolf shifter (Emma Adams) who manages to escape from a compound run by a domineering bear shifter (Brock) and his pack and runs towards freedom and the Hell’s Wolves MC (a intimidating alpha - Tristan, a bad boy beta – Caine & a mysterious artist – Daniel) whom she hired to protect her, there is danger & retribution on the way as Brock is searching for her. There is, twists & turns, intrigue, suspense, danger, enemies, wolf shifters, bear shifters, fear, desperation, memories, manipulations, abuse, pacts, trust issues, desire, anger, tension, pack bonds, understandings, guilt, betrayal, declarations, jealousy, love, humor, intimacy, links, abduction, captured, guilt, escape attempt, rescued, physical conflict, love, happiness and a satisfying happy ending. This wolf shifter romance, certainly kept my attention and I would recommend it.
Emma has been a captive for two years and finally the time has come for her to escape the compound and free herself from the tyrannical and domineering Brock (bear shifter) Waiting on her outside are the Hell"s Wolves Mc who have agreed to take her under their protection and protect her from Brock.
Why such a fuss over Emma? Emma is an Omega, a breeder, but Emma isnt just any ordinary Omega, she is special, she is a baby making machine...........she can can have multiple pups within days, thus making her desirable and wanted by all wolf shifters.
Is Emma safe with the Hell's Wolves? The three wolf shifters cant help themselves, they are attracted to the Omega and all three feel the pull to mate with her? Who will Emma choose? Will it be the no nonsense and intimidating Alpha Tristan, or the funny bad boy Beta Caine thats always smiling or will it be broody and artistic Daniel who understands her.
This is the first book I've read by J.L and it is a thrilling paranormal read. Emma is a beautiful omega wolf who has been held captive by Brock and the shifter bears for two years. She escapes with the help of the Hell's Wolves MC. The Hells Wolves consist of three dangerous men who live on the outskirts of the shifter world. Although being pursued by Brock they are intent on protecting Emma. There is a sizzling, undeniable connection between Emma and all three of the biker wolves. These shifters are wild and untrustworthy but teach Emma how to protect herself. This book has so much depth, intrigue, passion, suspense, intense action and love – everything I want and need in a story. If you're looking for an amazing, heart-pounding, roller-coaster ride that will hold your attention right till the end, then “Omega's Wolves” is for you. Enjoy!

This was my first book time reading one of J.L. Wilder's books and I will definitely read more. This book kept me engaged and reading page after page from start to finish. It's a story about Emma, a female Omega wolf shifter, that has been kept in an abusive relationship by a bear shifter. She was able to contact the Hell's Wolves MC to help her escape from her cage. Tristan, Caine and Daniel agreed to help Emma escape in exchange for staying with here pack. Can they keep her safe with a mad bear shifter wanting her back? Read to find out what happens.
I am looking forward to reading more books by this author. I voluntarily provided my honest review of this book.
This book brings you the best in storytelling. Emma breaks free of her captor after making a deal with the Hell's Wolves MC for protection. She gets away and the Hell's Wolves start to train Emma to survive out in the real world. Something she's sorely lacking after her captivity. She's an omega who wants all of the wolves for mates. After a great deal of fits and starts, she gets recaptured by Brock, who tells her the wolves are dead. She makes a plan to escape because she's pregnant with pups. She succeeds, with a little help from her fellas and they ride out to live happily ever after.
I mean, I didn’t expect much. This book was as advertised a woman mated to three... I guess and I know this is outlandish because this is a chicklet book, I guess this book left more to be desired? And I know this is a fantasy book but she hooked up with the guys and she’s pregnant and due 7 days after the hook up, and the author justifies it because they’re shifters... there wasn’t any depth to this book. The male characters don’t have any real depth or personalities, it was poorly written with the saving grace being no obvious typos. The one steamy scene wasn’t even descriptive. 2 thumbs down
Emma a wolf shifter and an Omega was trapped by a bear shifter who treated her abusively keeping her inside and weak. She had managed to contact the Hell's Wolves MC for help to escape from her cage. Tristan, Caine and Daniel were the local MC and had agreed to help Emma to escape in exchange for staying with here pack. This is a story of a woman who has to run to save herself with the help of three hunky men who come to mean so much to her but the mad bear is on their tail which throws a spanner in the works. great story.
A good story, very detailed. This story is deeply layered and intense. There is a lot of drama right from the start as Emma escapes from the bears. The book kept building and the arc was organic, the things that happened with the wolves just seemed to grow and flow naturally. The sexual tension got dragged to too long it felt like they were denying the inevitable , repeatedly. The plot itself was thick with dramatic tension, emotionalism, and great characterizations. It's definitely a book worth reading to the end!
I was very excited to read this story. I loved the storyline and the characters. My problem with it is it needs an editor or something. There are things said throughout the book that either makes no sense, has the wrong word or, should be worded differently. I would have given it a higher ranking of there weren't so many blatant mistakes that I felt took away from the story. Then it just ends suddenly in the epilogue. It would have been nice to know names, genders, or other information as to what they did next.
Pretty enjoyable reverse harem story about a wolf shifter female who is sought after in the paranormal world due to her "omega" status. Unfortunately, being "sought after" and being wanted for herself are two very different things. When she makes arrangements to be rescued from her current "owner", a bear shifter who can't really mate with her, she takes a chance on a MC that lives on the fringes of shifter society. Little does she know what her rescuers will come to mean to her. I know, a lot of quotation marks, lol.
I honestly didn't enjoy this book. It seemed rushed and unfinished, the grammar atrocious, and the plot completely cliche. It was like the author couldn't choose what book she wanted to write so threw in a little of the biker trope and the shifter/wereanimal trope. On top of that, the lore and characters were confusing and easy to mix up. DNF 35%.
That being said, the book does have potential, but it needs to be reworked, edited, and reread before sending it into the book world again. I wanted to like it, but this book needs some work.
I’ve read this authors stories before. I personally liked her alpaca triplets one better. But it was still a great story. Caine, Tristan and Daniel. Of hells wolves were working together to protect Emma. Who escaped her imprisonments by a crazed bear shifter who didn’t want her to produce pups. And looked at her as a possession and prize. But during hiding she grew to love her three protectors and they her. They each have their own personality and quirks and being things to the dynamic. Good story. Love the reverse harem edge.
These are ok, but I read them in the box set and my biggest issue, especially reading them back to back is that the rules of the world are completely different in each story. One has a shifter pregnancy as 9 days, anothers as 4 or 5 months. The ways of finding out who is an omega are totally different, one has to perform a ceremony and the fire changes color, one was told she was an omega since she was a child. It's supposed to all be in the same world, but the only thing they have in common is that the Bear alphas in general are abusive, alcoholic aholes.
Omega's Wolves had a great plot, but the bada$$ bikers are just cupcakes. Good characters, but the men may just as well have been mechanics- making them part of a motorcycle club added nothing to the story line. That said, there were some really good moments in the book, and thankfully I liked the writing style--regardless of my disappointment in plot development. Lot's of missed potential, but likable.
Omega’s Wolves by author J. L. Wilder. Not sure if this will become a series or not- hope it would!! This is an incredibly entertaining tale of three very different males- a alpha, a beta and a drifter. Each special in their own way. Also about one very unique female- an omega. Read and discover their journey through life and end the adventure of love. Enjoy!!
I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.
I am absolutely speechless! I am sitting here shaking my head after finishing this book The characters have a depth that feels like they are alive on the page. Unbelievable writing to make characters come off the page and the human connection is fantastic!
I have always been a reader and liver of books when I was a child; I am 65 years young and I still enjoy reading with a passion. Thank you for sharing your gift. You are blessed.
I enjoy Omega, Alpha and Beta stories. This series by J.L. Wilder are milder than some I've read. These have HEA and no cliffhangers. I'm still waiting on some series of Omega and Alphas that have made me angry when I would get to the end. These weren't cliffhangers, they threw me off the cliff. Anyway, these books are easy reads and safe reads. Five star in my book of stars.
This story had some definite improvements. It did a much better job at the spelling and grammar issues. It was a good storyline and the plot was consistent. This was probably my favorite story. It had a heroine who did a good job at not waiting for heroes to save her. I will say that it was a bit of a stretch to think that 2 wolves could take on an entire compound of bears, but overall, good story.
This romance had me cheering for them. Emma the omega had to choose between these three wolves of the Hell Wolves MC Pack. Tristan an alpha, Caine the beta and Daniel the drifter. What an awesome set. Their depiction of dating was enjoyable to read. Wonderful story.
For some reason I’m no the biggest fan of shifter books. But if so like MC’s so I figured this one would fall in the middle. It was not my favorite by far. But it wasn’t bad either. The beginning and ending is where all my attention was caught. Which I guess is sort of the point. But I would have liked to have read a more attention catching middle as well.
For honest review. Wow this story is of emm a a super amega wolf shifter running from from a bearshifter so she call for help of the hell's wolves mc for protection gains bata, Daniel drifter, and alpha tristan . Lots of action. Awesome story.
Exciting Reverse Harem Shifter Romance! I enjoyed this story. The main characters were all stubborn but with different personalities and deserved to be together. The storyline had action, betrayal, despair and romance. Well worth the read.
GREAT storyline with awesome characters. All three guy's were strong yet loving. Emma was right to love the three of them. I really liked this book and definitely recommend it!
