I didn't finish this one, but what I did read was helpful. I think this is most useful for people who haven't done any emotional work before and need to do it on their own, rather than with a therapist or a facilitator. But for me, I need to just move on.

As far as I am concerned, this is a must read!
Mark has amazing insight on the importance of reconnecting with our families of the "past" and an effective way to do it.
