I wasn't expecting a lot but this was laughably childish and boringly sexist with rudimentary worldbuilding of the type that feeds racism (lots of different species all inferior to humans). There's a king. His son is kidnapped. A rival faction/race want to gain independence and set up their own alternative king which is evil just 'cause.
There is one female character and predictably she sleeps with the protagonist and needs rescuing at times and does little else.
