Some of this book was good, but a lot of it didn't apply to me (children, alcohol) and I felt other workbooks were better.

Oy vey. I was only able to take the "do you have anger" type test at the beginning and I was off the charts. It scared me so much that I haven't picked it up since. Eeek! Can you say, "repressed anger?...Good, that's good, children."
