I'm still so pissed over this story, I want to give this one 1 star so much, you have no idea. I have a problem with the main heroine here, I wanted to punch her time, two... and some more. Maybe if the author had worked out her character better and if she had told this story 30 pages more, I might have liked the character, but like this... no way.

Missed this novella the first time through this series. Read via hoopla audio book.

This is Fury's story. He's a wolf were who is Vane's and Fang's brother, and he's been a funny and furry part of a few of the other books.

Didn't really like the h for most of the story. Fury deserved a much longer book. Did like seeing Bride and Vane and baby for a cameo or two.

Fury really deserves someone better than her. He's one of my favorite secondary characters and I expected better for him.

There seems to be a lot of animosity and grudges held onto for centuries on end and in a couple of hours, it's forgiven and everyone is happy and in love for eternity. I sense a trend here in this series. After this book, I still haven't decided if I like this series haha! Onto the next one...

Esta es la historia de Fury, el hermano de Vane y Fang, lo conocimos cuando ayudo a Vane a cuidar a Bride mientras el trataba de cuidar de Fang que se encontraba inconsciente y su manada estaba detrás de ellos para matarlos. Si recuerdan bien, en uno de los libros Fury le pregunta a Acheron que quien era su pareja y el les contesta que tanto él como Fang ya han conocido a sus parejas.
Pues como siempre Ash ha aceptado porque Angelia hace parte del pasado de Fury, era su mejor amiga antes de que descubrieran la verdadera naturaleza de Fury y lo apuñalara.

En medio del Santuario arriesgando su pellejo por Fang, llega un caso especial de un Were-Hunter que fue atacado con un arma especial y que no ha logrado salir de su forma base, buscando una solución Fury se ofrece a buscar a los culpables y descubre la esencia de su amiga del pasado. Ocurre un enfrentamiento dentro del santuario y destierran a Fury junto con Angelia y Dare (hermano de Fang, Vane y Fury), lo atacan por la espalda y torturan hasta que Angelia decide salvar a Fury.
Angelia es llevada a la casa de los Kattalakis y se enfrenta a su mayor temor, que es convivir con Katagarios. Se ve sometida a conocer la verdad sobre los mitos del comportamiento de los lobos y ademas lucha por recuperar a su mejor amigo, y a su pareja.

Juntos se enfrentan al Omegrion que exonera a Fury de su culpa por la vida del León que murió por el arma que invento un pantera del futuro y declara culpable a Dare y al chacal exigiendo su muerte inmediata. Savitar esta preocupado porque algo grande se esta forjando y no pueden predecir que es.

Libro corto para retomar esta laaaarga serie y de paso salir de mi bloqueo lector.
Que puedo decir?
Me hubiera gustado que la historia de Fury y Angelia fuera más larga, todo paso muy apresuradamente, una cosa tras otra y eso no me agrado, pero además de eso, una buena historia corta introductoria a la segunda parte de esta serie.
Le puse 4 estrellas porque fue entretenida, quitando una estrella por los hechos apresurados. Ahora voy por el libro de Stryker (como lo odio pero me dijeron que lo leyera)
Con esto dicho, cambio y fuera.

El mundo que ha creado Sherry es uno al que me gusta volver cada tanto. Si no recuerdo mal, en su momento había leído como hasta el N° 20 de la saga, hace un par de años estoy releyendo para ver si me pongo al día.

Esta historia corta (unas 70págs.) está en la trama de los Were-Hunters, y vemos como Fury Kattalakis encuentra a su pareja desués de algunas situaciones bastante dramáticas, aparte del mucho tiempo que ha pasado, porque supo conocerla en el pasado.

Si te gustan las sagas algo largas, con mucho drama, acción y romance, esta definitivamente merece la pena.

So much of this story resonates with me. I get it, on a deep level. When the one you love more than anything hurts you, stabs you, turns on you, and abandons you.....it changes, hardens, and scars you. But, sometimes, if it’s meant to be, they see their wrong doings for what they are, and do whatever’s necessary to make it right. It might be soon after, or it might feel like centuries. But, if they’re fated to be yours, they will see the error of their ways. Hopefully, before it’s too late.

My second read through. I just love the three Kattalakis brothers. Vane, Fang and Fury. Which this book was about Fury. And to see him find his mate was the best. It being Lia the wolfswan that stabbed him in the past. Which was his best friend. The only thing I dislike about this one. Was it to goddamn short. I love me, some Sherrilyn books.

2.5 stars Read this in the Dead After Dark (4 novellas pack) book. This one was wierd for me. I liked several things, but many things confused me. And I dont think its because I'm not caught up on the dark hunter world why this was so confusing. It was mainly the female mc that I wanted to strangle but could just be me.

I just love the three Kattalakis brothers, that's why I am so disappointed with this story. The main heroine was a selfish bitch and the story was too short for the author to explain this character better for me to like her.
I'm really sad because so far I have enjoyed all the were shifters stories.
Fates: you have really fucked up with Fury.

That's about all I've got outside of, the disappointment is REAL.

I love the Kattalakis brothers, all three of them.

And the fact that Fury got the shaft here, well that upsets me.

His heroine is a horrible selfish, quite honestly spiteful creature and he deserved so much more than a handful of pages and a bitchtress mate. I mean, honestly, why she do Fury this way?

Shadow of the Moon was first published in the anthology Dead After Dark, then published in Dark Bites. This installment features main characters Fury and Angelia. I wished Fury had gotten a full length book. I liked the fact that Fury and Angelia had a history together first. I liked it a lot better than Vane's story.

Mohl z toho byt plnohodnotny dil, ty minilosti a deje by tam byla spousta. Ale ne, okrademe Furyho o vsechno: detstvi, dospivani, dospely zivot a ted i o plnohodnotny pribeh.

Vsak tohle mohlo byt dobry! Ale ne na 70 stranach.

After promising to stand by him forever, Angelia stabs him when she finds out he's not Arcadian. He ends up tracking her down after a shifter is attacked. Very complicated family dynamic, but funny moments too. Including seeing Vane, Bride, Zarek, Fane and other characters from Sanctuary

Fury finds his mate in this typical Kenyon story. There's lots of fate and family stuff, some action, some sex and lots of smart-mouthed interplay.
