Whether you have suffered from narcissistic abuse, rape, or robbery, this book can help. It's a very good book, written with deep compassion and wisdom. It will expand your mind and help speed your recovery.

I'm glad I read it. Rebuilding inner world after abuse is a process that every victim has to go through, this book will be your compassionate guide.

Heavily researched and docuumented study on victims of trauma especially war, rape, and accident victims and how highly prevalent this problem is, with people suffering from PTSD and all that entails. Does not mention much about bullying in schools and workplaces and how that can also cause the same trauma.

This is a wonderful book detailing the psychological aftermath for anyone who has survived trauma of any kind. I highly suggest it for anyone who works in a mental health field or interacts with traumatic survivors in any way. Remember, you never know who may have survived an unspoken trauma in the past.
