Page 126 - these are delicious. There are flavors added to this dish which we have never tried. We enjoyed trying this dish- we served it alongside a salad. Next time I make these, I'll add a bit more oil to the frying pan so as to cover more of the sides of the Chimichangas - as you can see in the photo with the salad - they were white on the sides - my fault for not adding enough oil. I give this a 4 (for now) because I'm not sure what to do with the leftover ingredients.
