Currently I am enjoying joutnal books alot , it kinda help me organize my thoughts, I came across this one accidently at borders and it attracted me by its colors and beautiful quotes and the name of the topic 'self realization' so I gladly bought it , To be honest it didn't meet my expectations, the questions is kinda similar or too general , it's kinda boring. overall is OK but didn't impress me as I expected.
This book is beyond beautiful!! There is so much love and care throughout this journal, and expressed so creatively, helping you to increase your own creativity as well as ease your own energies for you writing and creating your own journal of self reflection for you to sit and read through for years to come ❤️🙏
More accurately, "currently writing" as this is a journal meant to be changed and reshaped through the reader's own words. Such a pretty cover, and the thoughtful questions and prompts within allow a breadth of introspection and pondering. Not for those seeking a quick-fix (introspection rarely benefits from fly-by efforts).
While I would usually purchase this sort of book/journal a gift, I gave this to myself, about to lean into 59th year. A little deep-diving seems relevant before 60.
Ease is key. So is knowing oneself. Why not spend some time finding out with this gentle, lovely book?
Finding this useful to organize my thoughts. To get back some focus which I thought was missing in a way. Not "finished" journaling, but loving the quotes that at times set up the question to come. Liked the cover, and so did a friend who saw it on my desk. I think journals are going to be a part of my reading/writing future!
The artwork was hands-down some of the most beautiful and colorful I've ever seen. The quotes match perfectly with the personal exploration, and I feel more like a complete human having experienced this.
Nice journaling prompts and graphics, but I expected more pretty publication with more vibrant colors. Also, some prompts are bullshit and way too abstract for me to connect to; some are great. An okay journal to fill out once over a few days but nothing more than that.
This journal is one of my favourite. This journal is a little piece of inspiration. It's for those who like to explore themselves in the world of inspiring words and vibrant colours.
Very beautiful illustrations, but I feel like I didn't get much out of this. Maybe I should've read this slower? But I didn't feel like the questions resonated with me.
