I love this book, and have all the other handbooks from River Cottage. This is one I’ve been waiting for as I make cheese and this is a great addition to my other books on cheese making.
I really hope that they bring one out about Bee Keeping.

When I read the brewing book earlier in the year I said I'd hold off on rating till I'd done some if the recipies. I feel a bit more confident here despite the fact I've done one (1) thing from this and it's currently covered with lots of different moulds in the shoe cupboard. Cheese making seems an all together less arcane alchemy than beer and the tone of this is friendlier. Quite an interesting book on cheese regardless of how regularly I plan to make it.

This is a really in-depth view of how to make cheese and various dairy products at home. Its easy to follow, and whilst I haven't tried all the recipes - I've now bought enough to try and give a go at a few of the easier ones.
I can't wait to make home made Labneh/Butter & Mozzarella.
