so I've been reading this book to my 6 year old daughter my rating is based strictly on her opinion because she could be considered a target audience. this book was cute and kept her attention and intrigued her interests. she would ask questions make predictions and answer/respond to dialogue throughout the story. I bought this book as a trial to see if I could get my daughter interested in more developed stories and this was a hit. we are going to continue reading the books from this series and she is excited and eager to do so. I'm so happy we get to do this together and these stories aren't so dreadful to read to your child.

I would recommend it to KIDS it's a really interesting idea and has a good plot, but it's really predictable. I do like the idea of unicorn princesses who rule different realms, and even though it's a kids' book, if you like fantasy, then go ahead! All in all, it's a kids' book ( but if you really want it than go ahead and read it!)

Cressida gets invited to a grand opening of a new library but once she gets there, little miniature creatures were scattered after and the illustrations where they should have been were blank. Cressida realized that somehow they got out of the books. She comes up with a plan...

This was so cute and it got my 4 year old excited to write her own book about unicorns. I love that it promoted writing, and in a fun way!
