(3.5/5.0)
The best part: It contains examples for every point that the author tries to explain.

Overall 3.5 stars cause the content could have been somewhat more systematic- I felt there were some repetitions. The author could have been more precise and a bit more structured.

This book is specific for managing Body language during Negotiations.
Worth a read if your job involves negotiating on a daily basis. Great insights.

The bad news: most of us would never become so good at “reading” body language as to make a real difference in our lives;
The good news: having read / listened this book would make us more aware of the signals others send to us via gestures, micro-expressions,…
Even if lengthy, the book is captivating and it illustrates the theories with many practical examples.
