I want to like it. I really really do. I just can't get into the book. A big reason is the grammar errors and the chapter errors. There are 2 chapter 3s and 2 chapter 4s, one of each not listed in the table of contents. The chapter summery sometimes lists the next chapter instead of the current chapter, even for chapter 6, even though there is no listed chapter 7. I feel like the book was written in a workshop of "Accomplish anything in 30 days!" The topics are sporadic. There are some great pieces and advice, which is why I kept reading. But while I was excited for this as I am NOT a 5am person, I just don't see it helping me much in the mornings (though, I do love the HOP session ideas. No idea how it relates to morning routines, maybe it was just thrown in there from another work she was writing? Either way great piece of advice.)
◾If you “don’t have ten minutes in your day for yourself then you don’t have a life.”🤷♀️ ◾Avoid the “white poisons,” like sugar, flour, salt, and milk. 👈 ◾Do not change more than three things at the time. 👈 ◾Help your digestive system by combining foods in a way that makes them easier for your stomach to digest. ◾Drink a tall glass of water in the morning. ◾If you sleep seven to eight hours that means you didn’t drink any fluids in that time. ◾ Eat a high amount of protein in the morning. ◾Drinking green tea or coffee in the morning can help you feel less tired, and it improves physical performance by increasing adrenaline in your blood.
Found some of the tips and advice useful to implement into my morning routine (that doesn’t involve waking up at 5am). But some of the takes on nutrition are problematic imo and not based in science. It felt like the author was pushing food combining which has been debunked as not the healthiest diet. I also would have preferred to read about more examples of rich and famous morning routines followed by women other than just one line on Lady Gaga. Lastly, did anyone proofread this? There are sooo many grammatical errors and the chapters/page numbers are way off.
This book was so easy to read and the practices that are described in it are easy to do and they really work! I have started implementing the advice and practical action steps and I am seeing my life renewed. I was surprised at how good this book was and I love the author’s writing style. It was so soothing and like a breath of fresh air.

This book seemed like a collection of blog posts. Overall it was good. Simple and easy read. It was not boring at all however nothing extra ordinary in this one.
The information in this book is very informative and should be considered by everyone who procrastinate. This is the perfect foil for those of us who want to do things tomorrow.
This book contains some very useful information. I did find some things not so useful for my morning routine. I would not rate it as one of my top books to read.
