Excellent recipes for anyone who wants to lose weight the healthy way. High protein, low carbs (the good ones), and just good, clean food. These "breakfasts" are good for any meal of the day!

Good book!

This was a very informative book about breakfast foods if you're following the zero belly diet. I look forward to trying some of the recipes!

Easy and practical

This feels like one of the more easy and practical books I have come across because it leaves a lot of room to mix and match. Not a perfect fit but found many recipes that will come in handy.
