Waking Up in 5D: A Practical Guide to Multidimensional Transformation

Rate this book
Tools and teachings to guide you in the transition from the polarized mindset of the 3rd dimension to the joy and love of 5th dimensional vibrations • Explains how to recognize the 5D experiences you’ve already had, identify the differences between 3D linear thinking and 5D multidimensional thinking, and turn 3D viewpoints around to expand your perception of what is possible • Includes exercises to protect your energies, especially while sleeping, and Sacred Geometry meditations to open yourself to higher frequencies • Reveals how to develop a Higher Self connection, increase your sensitivity to dimensional signatures, and consciously choose 5D, where love is the governing force We are all transitioning from the narrowly-focused and polarized awareness of the Third Dimension and waking up to the higher vibrations and abilities of the Fifth Dimension. Each of us has already experienced 5 Think about your most memorable and uplifting experiences of the recent past--where everything went well, interactions were harmonious and loving, and all felt blissful and happy--that’s 5D. For some, the shift is sudden and permanent, but for many of us, the change is gradual, coming in fleeting moments and waves. In this ascension manual, spiritual teacher Maureen J. St. Germain explains how to shift your energetic patterns and choose to permanently anchor yourself in the joy, love, and kindness of 5D. Guiding you through the opportunities the Fifth Dimension has to offer, the author reveals how to develop a Higher Self connection, increase your sensitivity to dimensional signatures, and consciously choose 5D, where love is the governing force. She shows how 5D relates to 3D as well as to 4D, the transitional dimension between the two, and explains how to read the energy patterns that distinguish one dimension from the next as well as how to experience multiple dimensions simultaneously. She explores how to identify the differences between “good vs. evil” polarized 3D linear thinking and dynamic 5D multidimensional thinking and how to turn 3D viewpoints around to expand your perception of what is possible. Offering eye-opening stories of 5D experiences from students and inspiring information from her spirit guides, the author also details exercises to protect your energies, especially while sleeping, and provides Sacred Geometry meditations to activate your 8th chakra and open yourself to higher frequencies. She also explores how awakening to 5D allows you to form a strong bond to global consciousness, so your personal transformations will have a more profound impact on the people in your circle, and beyond.

There is some good info that I resonated with, but I did feel the author was a tad on the conservative edge as I disagreed with several things she mentioned. Ie. She said it is not recommended to use curse words on the path of Ascension because the words carry the negative collective energies from all the previous times they have been said. I perceive curse words differently. I believe if you say them without the negative energy, and you are using them in passing or casual conversation as a conscious creator (lightworker), you are adding positive collective energy to the curse words, thus shutting down their negative energies, & infusing them with love instead. This is allowed. So some great info (I enjoyed reading about the dragons) but some differences of perception. I also did not enjoy all the references she made to the reader doing her daily meditations and listening to her audios because it felt like she was selling us her take on the Ascension, so we would use all her material.

There is some useful information to gleam from it, but the author is nutters. She talks about chem trails and shadow government, plugs her other media for sale CONSTANTLY, and is just a scattered narrator.

A lot of the meditation stuff went over my head but I did appreciate all the examples given on how to manage emotions. Very insightful

I loved how very gently the author guides one through 4D to 5D. I personally resonated with the time distortion principle she used. I was lost in muddy waters of my emotions and this book allowed me to rise up with promise. It brought miracles in my life as I finally crossed the bridge. This is another book I recommend and keep quoting in my spiritual study circle. Whenever this book calls me, I give it a read, because it delivers a much needed message to me every time.

I enjoyed Waking up in 5D as a way to expand my thinking about multidimensionality. There are far-out concepts presented, and, as another reviewer mentioned, there is one small mention of chem-trails, but my response is to put the book in context. The author is asking us to think beyond our current understanding of our day to day lives and what is possible. It is a book oriented to the positive, and in no way tilted toward conspiracy. The book meanders a bit, which lends to a bit of surprise and a feeling of, "how did we get here?" But, roll with it and open your mind. Let the book be what it is and consider what the author presented without thinking too hard.

I gave it three stars, but realistically think 2.5 stars is what I would honestly rate it.
It’s a great book for those looking to learn more about spirituality, but it is a very difficult read. I’ve read it 2 times now, and the second time was a bit easier to understand.
If you aren’t seriously interested in learning about this topic, it won’t be of interest to you and isn’t a light enough read to be an “intro” level book to this topic.

I am not rating it this low because it is a “bad” book, but basing it on how I would perceive it was a first resource to spirituality!

Great message. Take what you can from it. I definitely felt connected and affirmed in some of the story sharing. But I had a lot of..."stick to your lane..." moments. Also, I question meditations that get so complicated/complex. Like unnecessarily showy spell casting.

I started going down a rabbit hole about how time is a construct. When my friend recommended this book to me. It’s absolutely blown my mind so many spiritual experiences I’ve had in the third dimension fourth dimension up to the 13th dimension all made sense! Well, as much sense as something like this can make. Id recommend this book for anyone far along in their spiritual journey who is looking to make sense of the bigger picture. My favorite chapter was chapter 7 on the time and space continuum.

There’s a sincerity in this book — a genuine desire to guide others toward a lighter, more expansive way of being. It blends meditation, intuition, and energetic practices with language that feels channeled more than crafted. I stayed open, curious.

Some parts resonated — especially the encouragement to release judgment and live from the heart. But much of it felt ungrounded, more prescriptive than embodied. I believe in mystery. I believe in energy. But I also believe in integration, and I didn’t always feel that here. Still, I admire the intent to invite more light into a heavy world.

2.5. A friend gave me this book as a gift and I can see why she liked it, since she prefers structure and prescriptiveness in her woo-woo spirituality. I am more free-wheeling in my meditative life and not into rigid definitions of all the supposed levels of dimensions and intricate chanting regimens, etc. Are these “real” and useful to some people? I’m sure they are, just not for me. That being said, I did come away from this book with a few helpful concepts, and some of the chapters resonated. Always interesting to see the paths other spiritual seekers are following.

Her message of peace and love was great. I learned about the dragons and I will put that information to good use. Staring into the sun is just not something I will do but I haven't done a lot of research on it besides hearing about it for the first time in this book. The chemtrails and 5G stuff are just a bit too much for me. The audiobook was difficult to listen to.

Finally, something that explains IT in a way that makes sense to me

I kept Imagining what might happen if everyone tried this... Imagine. (Did John Lennon experience this? It appears he probably did...)

I loved this book. It reminded me of many experiences I've had like looking into the vortex, and seeing the wormholes of time. I like the practical advice on how to access the 5D and how to explain it to others.

Something new to me and I find I still have doubts. It doesn't feed all my curiosity but made me feel like there's a need for me to understand further.
Most probably will get the Chinese version for this book too.

Total BS

In full disclosure I only got about 25% of the way through this book, but I found nothing believable or useful in it. Seems like a concoction of arbitrary superstitions under the guise of a “big idea.“
