Jamie Hill was born and raised in a beautiful, mid-sized town in Midwest, USA. At various times she wanted to be a veterinarian, teacher, cheerleader, TV star or a famous singer. The one thing she always wanted to be was a writer. Starting at about age ten, she penned romance as she envisioned it in one spiral notebook after another.
When she's not working at the day job she loves, Jamie enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and watching movies (the scarier the better!) In her ‘spare time’ she can often be found writing, editing, or doing something more mundane like housework. After that, she's probably taking a nap. She loves to hear from readers, so feel free to drop her a line.
5***** This is the 3rd book in the series. A Cop in the Family. You can read it as a stand alone, but they are all good so its well worth reading all three. We have a female homicide cop in the middle of a serial killing case. So along comes an F B I agent to help out. A good fast paced story with something for everyone.
Was a really good read. The case was interesting and the romance was fun. A really quick read but it was all really wrapped together nicely so you didn't feel like something was missing, or things were really being glossed over too quickly.
The story was good to read. I have my favorite parts of the story though. I loved Nate's devotion to clear Mel's name. I was surprised who was framing Mel & why they did it. I was glad Dick's father got what he deserved. I loved the ending. This series is worth reading, nice work Ms Hill.
Jamie Hill writes an action-packed mystery/romance filled with real people and real possibilities, plus a magnetic, sexy attraction between the heroine and hero. Her characters are so life-like, they practically leap off the (electronic) pages. This book is a page-turner, for sure!
A book with a little of very thing in it from action to mystery. A romance that was hard to put down. Real people with magnetic, sexy attraction between the heroine and hero. Well worth the read.
