The conclusion to Boone and Ripley’s story is filled with Meghan March’s signature panty melting steam, heart-stopping moments, and surprising revelations. Several characters from March’s other series make cameo appearances and I am definitely going to make it a point to read their stories!
At the end of book one, a completely false tabloid story has Ripley thinking that her brief affair with Boone has come to an end. She couldn’t be more wrong. Boone is a man on a mission. He’s hell bent on making Ripley his and he’s taking no prisoners. Her stubbornness is no match for Boone’s tenacity and Southern Boy charms!!
Ripley is not only dealing with her complicated relationship with Boone. She’s homeless and although she has a waitressing job, Ripley is at a crossroads in her life. It’s time for her to decide what she wants to do career-wise. When she helps out during a sound check at the bar, everyone is beyond stunned by her amazing vocals. The "Dirty" Series keeps getting better. Gosh I love these men, and women!!
This was all full of sweetness. A little twist but it was good. I wish I got more at the ending but I'm hoping we get more in the future!!!

“Girls like me don’t get happily ever afters.
“I’m just gonna have to prove you wrong then”.
I’ve been waiting for the conclusion to Boone and Ripley’s story and let me tell you, it was worth it! With more surprising revelations and some hot as hell scenes, “Real Sexy” was the perfect ending to this beautiful duet and I’m glad I was a part of this country crooning ride.
After the ending in “Real Dirty”, I was dying to find how much trouble Boone got himself in and what was going to be the impact. After learning who was the cause of that exact problem, I was prepared to cut a fictional character and have my rights read to me. But lucky for me, everything worked itself out and we began the journey of Boone and Ripley’s road to happily ever after with some bumps along the way of course.
“You don’t need me, Ripley. I know that for a fact. So I’m gonna make you want me instead.
Ripley is still trying to figure out her next move. Now working at another bar as a bartender, life isn’t panning out exactly as she planned. Boone wants one thing and that’s to keep Ripley forever but with a past like hers, Ripley is extremely hesitant to give her all to him but when you have a man like Boone Thrasher, you’re about to be wore down and have no choice but to give in.
Aside from a few issues with Ripley, I really enjoyed this story and I’m glad that her and Boone got their happily ever after. Meghan March delivered her all into this story and I’m glad that she also brought in some past favorite characters who I loved! So with that being said, don’t miss out on this sexy duet!

Overall Opinion: This was totally disappointing! I rarely read series, trilogies, or duets anymore because I often feel like the story could've easily been told in one book -- and that definitely happened here. I was bored. I felt like not much really happened until the rushed ending. AND then I don't even get a HEA?! Nope...not feeling it. The h even lost her appeal to me when she was carrying on with a pity party for most of the book and lost the sassy fighter persona that I enjoyed in the first book. The H wasn't necessarily bad, but he wasn't as good either. And the whole thing with the h having this hidden singing talent and being a overnight superstar?! Why did that even need to be in there? I liked the fact that she was just a bartender and he was a celebrity... It just felt like it was being stretched out to make it two books and therefore more sales tbh, which kind of ticks me off as a reader of many books...thankfully I got this at my library on loan instead of paying for it 🙃
Brief Summary of the Storyline: This is Ripley and Boone's story. It takes off where the cliffhanger left us in the first book. They are still dealing with celebrity and family drama while carrying on their now more than friends with benefits relationship. They have some big reveals, some hot sexy times...and they get a HFN ending.
POV: This alternated between Ripley and Boone's POV.
Overall Pace of Story: Not so great. Slow until the ending. I felt bored at times, but I never skimmed. The ending felt rushed.
Instalove: No, but at this point they have some pretty strong feelings developed.
H rating: 3.5 stars. Boone. I liked him. I enjoyed how he was with his family, and I liked how he was still protective of the h.
h rating: 2.5 stars. Ripley. I was disappointed in how she lost some of her spunk and was too woe-is-me for my liking at times.

Heat level: Hot. They have some hot tension, chemistry, and scenes -- but not so much it takes away from the story.

5 'Lovebirds' Stars!
I can definitely tell now that the Real Dirty duet might be my favorite in the Dirty series! Boone is one hell of an alpha and Ripley is just an amazing heroine. Their chemistry is smoking hot and their love story so engaging and entertaining! I literally devoured these books, I felt so connected with the characters and the development of their journey together.
“I don’t need time to know that you’re not like any woman I’ve ever met before, and everything you are is everything I want. Don’t try to push me away just because you’re scared of what’s happening here.”
She’s mine, and she’s staying mine.
Boone, as you can see, is just PERFECT! <3 The whole situation with Ripley's past made Real Sexy even more interesting and enjoyable for me. I wanted to know everything and I loved how this got extremely emotional between the couple. Those sweet moments stole my heart! Meghan March gets better and better everytime so I can now say, I recommend this duet for sure!

Real Sexy was such a highly anticipated read for me after I had devoured Real Dirty, I couldn’t wait to delve right in and conclude Boone and Ripley’s story. I’m not sure what it is about Meghan March specifically that keeps me coming back for more, but I’m sure it has something to do with her characters and plot development that connects me to her stories and these characters in such a way, that I feel like I’m on this journey right alongside with them.
Real Sexy is part two of the Real Dirty Duet and I personally could not wait to see what the sexy as sin and ultimate alpha country singing Boone Thrasher has in store for me.
You will want to make sure you’ve read the first installment Real Dirty first as this one is a direct follow on……

Ripley is the perfect heroine for me. She has been through so much and seen so much in her young years that it has literally shaped her into the independent strong woman she is. She really does deserve all the love and happiness life has to offer and Boone is the perfect hero to give her just that. Lucky for her, he is determined in all his alpha glory to get her and won’t take no for an answer.
“Give me a chance, Ripley. Just one goddamned chance to prove that this can work, that it can be the most beautiful thing you’ve ever had in your life.”
Ripley is at a pivotal time in her life, where she has no clue where to go from here. Due to recent events, she has found herself in a situation where she is unsure what to do with her life. Whether it has to do with fate or the stars aligning or her natural talent, Ripley sure has found her calling.

Boone continued to be everything I had hoped for and more. Yes he’s made mistakes and has no issues owning up to them, but the real reason for my love of Boone is that his and Ripley’s relationship is tested time and time again, but he never gives up. His tenacity and charisma to win Ripley over was nothing short of inspiring, well in my eyes anyway.
Real Sexy is the perfect conclusion to Boone and Ripley’s story. In true Meghan March fashion, the steam literally jumped off the pages; it was seriously PANTY MELTING HOT. I cannot wait to read what Meghan March concocts for us next.

4.5 stars! I listened to the audio version of this book and I loved it. This book was exciting, fast-paced, and vibrantly narrated! Meghan March really knows how to write a story that pulls you in from the very beginning. While I love discovering new authors and findings new worlds, there is nothing to me like the trusted ones. Another INCREDIBLY SEXY duet by the amazing Meghan March, is complete with the release of REAL SEXY! That's right, Boone and Ripley are back and they are HOTTER than ever! This was a sexy and enticing romantic delight that had my toes curling and my heart racing. I fell in love with Boone long before book one even released, and I fell in love with Ripley the minute she opened her mouth to tell him off in book one. These two are quite the match and Ms. March made me fall in love all over again!

This starts right after the cliffhanger in Real Dirty. Ripley is used to not getting long lasting happiness in her life so is not surprised when reality comes crashing down and their lives take a turn for the worse. But it is a wake up call to her to remind herself that she is not eligible for the fairy tale. But that just makes Boone more determined to get his own way and prove her wrong.
They've got to do damage control. And Ripley's got to figure out what she really wants to do with her life. She's so used to not having anything good that it is easy for her to believe she is undeserving.
Boone and Ripley have some challenges to face both internally, with each other, and the outside world. It can be hard to trust and believe in love. They would both have to be willing to take a risk and fight for each other, a future, and their dreams.
I liked Boone in the first book, but completely swooned over him in this one! I loved how he knew what he wanted and was determined to prove it. He could be so thoughtful, romantic, sexy, and sweet. I loved both his bossy alpha side and his vulnerable side. There were so many passages that I highlighted just because I loved the words coming out of his mouth and the way he said them in an raw, sometimes foul-mouthed, and bossy way. He was not afraid to push for or take what he wanted if Ripley was wavering. He felt real and honest. And the titles Real Dirty and Real Sexy fit him perfectly.
Ripley was strong-willed and difficult at times. I admired her tenacity and independence, but I also loved seeing her start to let her guard down and let him in more. She had a lot of issues to deal with, and self worth and trust issues to conquer. She had a really big and loyal heart under her tough exterior. She did not always give in easily, but the way they challenged each other just made it more interesting and intense. They were passionate and had such a fun rapport and a strong connection.
I adored Boone's tight knit family. I really liked his friend, Zane, and hope we see more of him in a future book. Fans of Meghan March will enjoy some cameos of characters from other series. But even though I had not read about them before, they fit in this story and it actually made me intrigued to go back and check out their stories. The antagonists still made me mad and added plenty of turmoil.
The second part of this duet had a bit more drama and angst going on, and gave us answers to the mysteries and questions from the first book. It was told in dual points of view which I really enjoy so we can really see into their heads. There were some intricate layers, twists, and surprises. The characters had plenty of challenges to overcome. It was also a growth process as they were forced to look at their lives and figure out where they wanted them to go and figure out how to make that happen. I was totally enthralled in both of these installments and fell in love with the characters. This was a heartfelt, funny, sexy, emotional love story about finding hope, healing, and believing in love.

They've got to do damage control. And Ripley's got to figure out what she really wants to do with her life. She's so used to not having anything good that it is easy for her to believe she is undeserving.
Boone and Ripley have some challenges to face both internally, with each other, and the outside world. It can be hard to trust and believe in love. They would both have to be willing to take a risk and fight for each other, a future, and their dreams.

4,5 stars! Real Sexy is a conclusion to Boone and Ripley’s story. And it's almost as good as the first part. It pulls you and gives you chills. I love the characters and their chemistry. It takes an unexpected turn and you can not put it down. It's just a great read.
As always when it comes to duets, I encourage you to come back and read my Real Dirty review first. Obviously where it all started.
After that ending, happily the author did not make us wait long. Although our heroes will have to find a path to happiness it is a really great ride. Surprising, funny, hot and romantic. Meghan March created amazing heroes and addictive story.

OMG! Real Sexy got some WOWZA factor screaming with every turn of the pages. Starting off with that hot cover that had me drooling! Damn! And who said it's just Real Sexy? No way! This is Real Dirty and Real Sexy rolled into one. Ladies watch out for some panty twisting or knickers drenching and a lot of swooning because this book got loads and loads of it. And what better way to add depth to a book like this? It's the heart. Because Real Sexy is equal parts sexy, dirty, heat and heart. Want to know why? Grab your copies the moment this book will go live and please do not ever forget to read the first book. You will never get disappointed. You will in fact enjoy every moment of it to a point where you want to beg for more. Yes! More for Boone and Rip!
Real Sexy started where Real Dirty left off. Because the first book heightened my anticipation for some back door graces, I devoured this book like it was my last meal. I was so hungry and thirsty I feel like my throat is parched and the only thing that will quench my thirst and sate my hunger is Boone and Ripley. That's how I was addicted to these characters and that's how I love their journey and this story so I was rooting for them. Rooting for not just their HEA but of course to seeking answers that have lingered on my mind since Book 1. And I was not mistaken for how I was obsessed with this book. Meghan March covered all the bases and all my questions were answered. That and I was left with satisfaction that is Real Sexy. It was a good book and was just the perfect conclusion of Boone and Rip's story.
Man, I was still on a high swooning and falling in love with them.The things Boone is capable of doing just to win Ripley's heart and his alpha tendencies. Gosh, I'm dying. Swoon factor to the nth level. But wait up, Rip is so worthy to be won over. I love this woman. She's not just passionate but a strong one and I love the way she handled things even deep inside she wanted to crumble and be hell with it. And this conclusion, it's more about her and how Boone will go through the ends of the earth just to win her over and make her fall in love with him. What with what Boone experienced in the past and of course Rips baggage that made her vulnerable yet strong and fierce that molded her of what she is. Indeed, she is Xena, the warrior princess. When you get to read this story, you will definitely understand my feelings right now. And you know what's the best about this book? It's the character's chemistry that is not just strong but perfect for each other and a story line well thought you will fall in love with every bits of pieces.
Overall, I will highly recommend this book. It's a wonderful story not just crafted to entertain but to feel and fall in love with. It's so sweet and heart warming even with all those some surprising twists and turns and unexpected events. It's not just about all those sexy and dirty things but so much more. For Ripley and Boone, it was taking chances, chasing dreams and not giving up. It's about taking that terrifying risk that will lead to the most unimaginable happiness.

Толкова чудесна, прекрасна, забавна романтична и естествено напълно неочаквана. Не знам, защо все се изненадвам, че Мегън ме изненадва. Все си мисля, това и това ще стане и никога не улучвам. Само за едно нещо улучих и това беше Иначе нищо друго не можах да предвидя. Не предвидих причината нещата да се случат така, както се случиха след края на първата книга. Не предвидих това по кой път ще поеме Рипли . Мислих, че ще се случи нещо коренно различно, щом Амбър се довлече и определено нямах никаква идея, че убиеца е този, който се оказа.
Срещата с Крей и Холи беше прекрасна, и това, че Крей и Кенън се срещнаха и не се разбра какъв е великия проблем ме гложди много. Да видим какво ни е подготвила Магън за след това.

3.5* (not really) sexy STARS!
After my disappointment of Real Dirty, I need to face another fact that this book is not for me. Just not my style for OTT celebrity drama and frustrating main characters. Everything was so predictable and didn't enough to 'WOW' me. So, here's my unpopular opinion.
Boone must face another problem but it's no big deal since his PR company will clean everything. However, he's still in control of his own image without letting anyone 'sugarcoat' shit for him. Ripley realize she didn't fit into his world and went into martyr syndrome which I hate the most. Their lovey-dovey act ended up with the ex-GF made sudden appearance.
Again, Boone failed me when he's bitching around about the ex-GF. DUDEEE.. You're about to proposed her and didn't realize how fake she is? Is he that pussy whipped? Also suddenly, Boone thinks Ripley is the one for him. Geez... Talk about insta-love.
When Boone is busy to make Ripley fall in love with him, she became more annoying than ever. Back to her stubborn core. Also there's hidden talent from Ripley that surprised me a bit. However, Ripley turns backward and decided not to use her talent for money. Gurl... You're already freakin' poor. Of course, Boone is her white knight-slash-fairy godmother. He always make everything came true.
Another predictable plot and didn't amaze me happened when Boone invite Ripley to his hometown. Again, Ripley feels unworthy for his perfect family * insert roll eyes*. There's a near death event happened and I-can't-live-without-you kind of thing. Cliche, right? Anyway, the cold case of Ripley's death mother with her lover finally solved easily. Overall, the story is not memorable and the MCs are still annoyed me yet a bit redeemable. I liked how the previous gang, Holly, Cray, Greer and Cav made cameo in this book.

Good wrap up to this duet. Wasn’t sure what would happen in this book after that cliffhanger in the first, but I think it was wrapped up nicely. The romance progressed well, and the side plots had a good ending. I loved Boone and Ripley!

This was the perfect conclusion to Boone and Ripley's story! Not only was this book super hot but also had a bit of mystery and a few surprises. I really enjoy this authors writing and this series has been one of my favorites by her - Boone was top book boyfriend material! Highly recommend everyone read Boone Thrashers story!

Whew!! My Boone Fever is still kicking. I could not put this one down. I'm sad it's over, I want more Boone and Ripley. I want to know where things are headed for those two.

Real Sexy is the conclusion to the REAL DIRTY duet that focuses on country star, Boone Thrasher. We already know how his planned proposal blew up in his face. How a down-on-her-luck bar owner stole his freshly broken heart. But, after that cliffhanger ending in part one – we finally get to see just what happened to land Boone in his current situation.
True to the nature of this author, the romance takes a bit of a turn and there are some surprising twists – so I’m going to let you discover those all on your own. Do it, you won’t regret it.
I am a HUGE fan of this author’s writing. I loved how she turned Boone from a side character that I barely considered into the star of the show. He took over. Completely.
And although I am usually not a huge fan of the heroines, I loved Ripley. Even if she was certain that she had a dark cloud hovering over her head – she still had fight left in her – even if it took a little convincing that Boone would be willing to ride out all of those bumps with her. Showing her that he was more than just promises and words – he was a man of action and was willing to show her just how worth it she was.
Beyond the suspenseful twists we get explosive sexy times. Be ready to extinguish the flames that are sure to burst from your kindle! Boone is all man and ready to show you exactly how a roughneck handles his woman.

You know when you read a duet and all the drama has already played out in the first book so the second is just tying up loose ends and you ask yourself, "why is this two books instead on just one?" Yeah, the Real Dirty Duet is not one of those, at all. Sure, there were obstacles and complications galore in Real Dirty, but Real Sexy is no slouch. Just as enchanting, just as addicting, and probably even more important than the first book, Meghan March draws you in to Real Sexy to find out where that ending to the first book came from, then enchants you within moments and has you so wrapped up in the continuation of Boone and Ripley's story you can't possibly look away.
While this duet is Boone Thrasher's highly anticipated story, this second book could actually be considered Ripley's story as we finally get to see inside the woman that has stolen our beloved Boone's heart. Ripley isn't one you can walk over, she can stand her man. Even though sometimes she needed a little push. But that's like me I'm very good until people push and push and then I let my less calm side out and burst. Ripley is a very very good person, who is a bit too good. You know what I mean? And Esteban is just the funniest! I love birds/parrots so he is just easy to love for me.
Boone is a hot Alpha who isn't afraid to tell Ripley what he wants and how he wants it. And doesn't care that anyone hears it! What more do we want?

The love story of Ripley and Boone that began in Real Dirty concludes in Real Sexy. I loved the first book, and I’m happy to say that this book doesn’t disappoint. This is my favorite Meghan March duet so far.
Theirs is not a case of insta love, but Ripley and Boone’s relationship does move at warp speed. It’s a signature of March’s Real/Dirty series, and a fantasy that I was perfectly willing to buy into.
Boone is just as delicious as ever, and Ripley’s vulnerability coupled with her independent streak is wildly appealing. Call me vindictive, but there are a couple characters I would have loved to see suffer more. Still, a little mystery, a lot of swooning, and some heat between the sheets made me one happy reader.
Real Sexy is a quick read that I gobbled up in a day. I recommend this duet if you’re in the mood for a sexy and entertaining diversion.

Totally brilliant i luvd everything about this duet. Story is great, Boone is just so sexy I luv him, Ripley is fab I them together. I would highly recommended this duet. I m dying to read more from this author.

5 Real Sexy Stars
I kind of feel like I already reviewed this from the first part of the book, but I will say it again.
Boone and Ripley’s story is pretty awesome, some pretty crazy twists happen.
Things come to a head but you expect that being the second half of the story. I think what I liked most about this story is that Ripley gets to choose what she wants to do with the rest of her life. She isn’t tied down any longer.
And I kinda loved Boone’s family! That whole part of the story I just got a huge kick out of.
So over all a great duet, though to me it just felt like 1 book.
And I will just repeat what I said about the narration for Real Dirty.
I enjoyed the narration, because hello SebYo but I am going to say it, these two do a lot of books together and sometimes it’s hard to separate all the stories especially if you just finish listening to a book they are both narration.

Real Sexy is book 2 in the real Dirty Duet Series
It's good Meghan published both books within a couple of weeks otherwise I would have run around headless.
This book starts directly where Real Dirty ended.
I love alpha men and Boone is just a fine specimen of alpha. Loving, caring, sexy, bossy and vulnerable at the same time. Boone was great in Real Dirty but I fell in love with him in Real Sexy! The chemistry between Boone and Ripley apparent you can feel the connection between this two, they are meant for each other.
Real Sexy is a bit of a rollercoaster, the twists and turns were the reasons I couldn't put it down. Very well written love story, but who was wondering about that one, it's a Meghan March book, all her books are so well written and plotted.

Oops she did it AGAIN! Meghan March killed me. Death by swoon. And IT. WAS. AWESOME.
Ripley Fischer is probably the best heroine EVER! So strong, sexy and feisty! Nothing has come easily for her in life and doubts everything that may seem too good to be true. Because it is, right?! Maybe...
Cue Boone Thrasher. He's country music's bad boy who's all things good. He's dreamt of love, marriage and a baby carriage all his life and he wants that with Rip.
Will she let her walls down and give in to the all consuming feelings that are there plain as day?
Guess you'll have to read this book to find out ;)

It's time for the conclusion of Boone Thrasher and Ripley Fischer's story. In Real Sexy we find out Boone Thrasher loves his family and his mama most of all *swoon*! Boone and Ripley are dealing with a lot a crazy and scary issues now. Ripley makes some discoveries about herself and about her relationship with Boone. Secrets from the past are coming back to re-open painful wounds. But through it all one thing remains constant, the off the charts chemistry between these two characters! Get ready for the conclusion to the Real Dirty Duet, your not going to want to miss it!

Beautiful conclusion to this sexy ass couple.
Just as awesome as the first book, but this one is where Boone and Ripley fall in love. Some mysteries and a little drama happen. Most importantly, Boone takes her home to meet the parents. For me, I don't like all the family time portions of books, but who can complain when Sebastian York is narrating? Something important happens at the rodeo and again shows how awesome Ripley is. They really deserve their HEA.
Read the first book and you'll know why this book is so good. Esteban is still the hero. Boone is still sexy as F. Sebastian York still makes life worth living. Meghan March is still the Queen!

I only start a Meghan March book when I know I won’t be disturbed, because I know that once I start reading I don’t want to stop reading. I stayed up late again to finish. I needed to know how Ripley and Boone’s love story ended. I absolutely adored this book! It was perfect. Just perfect. If you loved Real Dirty, you will definitely love this one.
I thought I couldn’t love Boone and Ripley more, but I did love them even more in this book. I absolutely love them together. They are so good together. Boone is still an amazing alpha male. He’s talented, strong, determined, hot, swoony and loving. He wants to be with Ripley and he doesn’t let her go without a fight. Ripley is still a little insecure sometimes, but she’s also so strong. She’s just afraid to get hurt and she also doesn’t want to hurt Boone, because she really likes him. She has never felt that way before about someone.
I knew when I started this book that there were still things to be discovered. I knew that I was right after just reading the prolog, because it already broke my heart. There was more angst in this book and secrets to be revealed. In Real Dirty you got to know Ripley and Boone and read how they started to have feelings for each other. In Real Sexy, Boone and Ripley will have to fight for their relationship sometimes, because it won’t always be easy. They will be a strong and solid couple in the end. The epilogue was the perfect ending to this wonderful duet.
I also loved the secondary characters, like always. I always meet people whose book I want. Some characters from Meghan’s other books sometimes appear and it’s always great to read a little more about them. Even though I just finished this amazing book, I’m already impatiently waiting for Meghan’s next book.
