I learned that people with anxiety are twice as likely to be alcoholic.

Otherwise, my 8+ years as a therapist, I didn't really learn much, seemed basic. I understand we create the world with our minds, and that we have to pay attention to the interplay of thoughts and our actions to figure out what's going on in our minds, and to work with our minds.
