About the author

Marissa Moss has written more than seventy books, from picture books to middle-grade and young adult novels. Best known for the Amelia's Notebook series, her books are popular with teachers and children alike. Her picture book Barbed Wire Baseball won the California Book Award gold medal. This was my favourite childhood book!

I read it every year before school and even my non-reader sisters read it too. I may have read this book over 20 times, the copy I own is completely destroyed.

There are quizzes, stickers and even a board game. My little self adores this book.

This was such a cute and fun book. It actually offers some good advice for kids, although a few things surprised me. For example, they mentioned a ouiji board. Overall, it was a cute and quick read.
