Excellent resource for teaching small groups aligned with the science of reading. I would consider this a Tier 2 support, and it lays out complete lesson plans and materials included. Definitely written with a busy classroom teacher in mind. Highly recommend.
This book gives research and an action plan for assessments, lesson plans ,and the materials you need to implement groups within your classroom. I am excited to use what I've learned to differentiate reading instruction with my first graders.
A great guide on how to teach reading according the science of reading. I love that there were fully developed lesson plans and materials were included.
Want to improve your reading Instruction? I do. This was recommended to me by my new principal and it has great ideas for reading differentiation. I can’t wait to try these strategies this year!
“If it doesn’t seem like an easy approach, you are over thinking it!” This book gets teachers right into teaching and addresses all readers. Highly recommend.
This seems to be a great resource for implementing more SOR into small groups instead of relying on GR. I’m excited to try this in my classroom in January!
A must have for elementary reading teachers and any k-3 teacher that wants to be ahead of the curve! Effective research based lesson plans and assessments.
