The book is not exactly what I thought it was, but it was interesting and can be useful. It is mostly guidance for therapists, how to use a metaphor in therapy with their clients, but it can be also helpful for parents, too. The book has guide about how to create your own story, when you can use it, what elements should it have, etc. There are also 101 examples of the stories, for which we have a chance to see how should stories be built in practise.
It’s not a sit and read book, which I tried to do this time and finished successfully. But while raising my kids I stole and played with couple of stories to overcome different situations.
