This was sooo cute!!! I loveeeee Fairy Tail and Gajeel x Levy sooo much!! Best example of enemies to lovers in my opinion.
Getting to know more about Gajeel' backstory and the kind of person he's was fun!! And Gray and Juvia being there was just so cuteeee! Tho the last chapters with Codra were my favs. I'm really glad Gajeel let him go AND OMG JELLAL APPEARANCE!!! 😍 I wish got even more moments with Gale like damn it I needed a whole chapter of them ALONE 😭

Ismét egy nagyszerű kitérőt tehettem Shibano segítségével. Talán még jobban is tetszett, mint a Saber Tooth Gaiden. Fantasztikus a képi világa, nagyon jól tartja az eredeti személyiségeket, amibe illeszkedik Gajeel háttérsztorija is és az új karakterek is.
Ebben a kötetben is egy nagyobb és egy kisebb történetet kapunk. Itt már időben is ketté válnak, mert az első, drogügyletesben még létezik a Fairy Tail, több ismerős is megjelenik a történet elején, a második, gyerekrablós váratlan duó sztoriban viszont már a feloszlás után vagyunk, Gajeel és Levi pedig a Tanácsnak dolgoznak, illetve Cobra is már bőven a Crime Sorcière tagja.

I'm a huge Galevy fan! I stumbled across this manga by accident and read it before I even started with the original story! hahaha oops.
Gajeel leaves the guild on a secret mission to help his friend that was in prison without letting anyone else know, especially Levy and Lily, who were worried when they found out. Levy and Lily set out after him when the council suspected Gajeel of busting his buddy out of prison. He has to find the source of the drugs that increasing people's magic with horrible side effects fast while trying to save his friend. Gajeel isn't happy about the guild's intervention, believing that he can and will do the mission himself.

Entre Juvia con su loco pero divertido amor por Gray, Levi siendo muy obvia con respecto a sus sentimientos por Gajeel y el Dragon Slayer de hierro uniendo fuerzas con el Dragon Slayer del veneno para rescatar a unos inocentes kidos yo me mori... Si, me morí porque este volumen es perfecto de principio a fin, además puedes conocer un poco del pasado de Gajeel y otro poco cuando estaba en el Consejo.... Aja cuando Fairy Tail... Ya saben... Lo que paso con Fairy Tail luego de aja....

This is my first manga, and since I love Gajeel and Levy I thought this would be my first manga to read. I was very happy with it, there were definitely Gale moments in the book which im guessing why people would be interested in reading it. The only reason i gave it a 4 star is because the story went by fast. I wish they would come out with novels, especially with Gajeel and Levy as the main characters. But the art is amazing and I was pleased with the storyline since we learn a bit more about Gajeel. Maybe next time there will be a manga about Levy..

I watched Fairy Tail many years ago, but I only got to see the first season. I think it's been about eight or nine years since I watched that first season because I couldn't find anything to watch the show on where I live--until I found Funimation. I can say out of all the animes/mangas I've come across Fairy Tail is the one I'm most obsessed with LOL.
I was sad when I learned the story had concluded, but being late to the party just means I get to binge watch/read the stories instead of waiting for someone to translate the books/shows.
This was the first book I purchased in the series because it would be a new story for me. I like Gajeel and Levy so this was a treat. I'd like to see more of these kinds of books about the various characters. I know there are others featuring Wendy and Laxus.

I’m not the hugest fan of Fairy Tail, but I do appreciate it, and I am quite fond of Levy and Gajeel, therefore this volume was up my alley.
It was quite nice to get two stories that revolved almost wholly around Gajeel, peering a bit into his past but most of all, his character, especially since he’s the type to not necessarily betray his thoughts to the people surrounding him. Gajeel is strong not only in body but also in spirit and Levy matches him, in my opinion. I quite like them; I quite liked Mash and Cobra as well. And the appearance of Jellal at the end had me both excited and surprised— I was elated, actually.
But yes, these two stories proved quite the enjoyment and might have even served to revitalize my interest in Fairy Tail for a bit of time. I hope to come across all of them (except Mash, since he is Fairy Tail Gaiden exclusive) in the future.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this FT spinoff . . . Gajeel is his usual tough but emotionally complicated self, and Levy is sweet but tough when dealing with him. Juvia and Gray are super adorable (as always!) together - and the art is fantastic. Juvia and Levy are just gorgeous, and the emotional expressions are wonderful all-around. There are a lot of literally laugh out loud moments, but when it comes down to it, this volume deals with narcotic drug-dealing and abuse, human trafficking, and child slavery. Who says manga is kids' stuff? Seriously, this takes on some hard issues and does it well.

The second in the selection of FT side manga stories done by Mashima/Shibano and its as great as the Twin Dragons of Sabertooth first volume, probably better. We get a good look into Gajeel's hometown and his past as well as a little insight into Gajeel and Levy's work leading into the Avatar arc of the main FT storyline. The inclusion of Gray and Juvia also liven it up with humour and having Gajeel and Cobra fight as a tag team kicks ass! Really looking forward to the Laxus orientated 3rd volume in November!!

Side story incentrata su Gajil, Levy e poi anche su Cobra nella seconda metà.
Viene mostrato un pezzettino dell'adolescenza di Gajil e il periodo in cui si unisce al Consiglio.
Volume ok, peccato per la parte riguardante Cobra in cui si poteva dare qualcosa di più ai fan, idem per quanto riguarda la relazione Gajil/Levi.

Lovvvvvvvvved this. I love Fairy Tail, and Levy and Gajeel are some of my favorite characters. Definitely my favorite pair-up. Closely followed by Gray and Juvia. So everything in this volume was aimed directly at my little heart. :D

It isn't so much a prequel as a side story, but since Levy is one of my favorite characters, that's fine by me. If you're looking to see Gajeel really develop, however, you may be disappointed.

I loved seeing a bit of Gajeel back story and how him Levy became close. Gajeel was always one of my favorite characters in the anime. Gotta love a slight morally grey character.

Gajeel and Levy are my favorite ship. I love getting to see them in action together but I wish there was more. I really want to see what happens in their future.

This is the 2nd spin-off of Fairy Tail. Concentrating on The character Gajeel Redfox. I haven't read any Fairy Tale, so I can't compare this book to those. It was ok, but nothing spectacular.

This was so fun! I don’t read a whole lot of graphic novels so it was a nice change up. I enjoyed the show and this featured my favorite character and my favorite ship and it did not disappoint 🥰
