Please dont buy this book. If you have lot of money and don't how to spend.. by all means go head and purchase...

There is nothing to read in this book, the author asks you to write gratitude intentions which I can write in my dairy... but I don't why one should buy this book paying so many dollars...

I agree that "The Secret" was incredible but this absolutely waste of money.

The worst book I have ever read in my life.

This Gratitude book is mainly to write what you are grateful about, but it has a short chapters within it to help you apply The Secret to your life. I find this book very helpful in following The Secret and applying it to your life.

Today's coffee was served with the journal "The Secret Gratitude Book" by Rhonda Byrne which is a wonderful guide for practising gratitude in our daily lives. This book contains a series of prompts and exercises that help readers cultivate an attitude of gratitude and appreciation, leading to a happier, more fulfilling life.

Byrne encourages readers to write down things they are grateful for every day and to focus on positive emotions such as joy, love, and gratitude. The book is beautifully designed, with inspirational quotes and affirmations sprinkled throughout, making it a joy to read.

One of the most valuable aspects of this book is that it encourages readers to focus on the present moment and to appreciate the good things in their lives, rather than dwelling on negativity or lack. The exercises are simple yet powerful and can be easily integrated into daily routines.

Overall, "The Secret Gratitude Book" is a fantastic tool for anyone looking to improve their mental and emotional well-being. It is a reminder that even in difficult times, there is always something to be grateful for, and that by focusing on the positive, we can attract more of it into our lives. I highly recommend this book to anyone who wants to cultivate a more positive mindset and a deeper sense of gratitude in their daily lives.

This is just a journal for writing down thoughts of graditude daily. It's not a book. It begins with an introduction by Byrnes with all her pseudoscience of how positive energy aligns with quantum physics and how writing gratitude thoughts each day will help align with the positive universe. BS.

It's good for people who have trouble staying positive and need to write those 10 positive thoughts/ideas down. The inspirational messages inside and hardback cover are a nice touch. It's a good quality book regardless, but I really recommend you spending your money elsewhere. I just use my library book sale copy as an extra fancy journal. ¯\\_(ツ)_/¯

This book is great. Using it appropriately gives a great understanding of what we have and also helps us to dream bigger. It helps you to get lots of positive energy from your own being.

Got this as a gift and guess what? It's still on my bookshelf--unused and gathering dust. I find that I often feel gratitude when I am away from the book and would rather keep an electronic file going. That way, it stays out of my kids' hands and have no chance of ever being misplaced or torn or bitten or . . . .

However, my first experience of a gratitude journal came from an energy healer with whom I apprenticed. I would never forget it, because it was twenty-eight days of changing your brain waves, your psychological chemistry, to presence gratitude in your life. I need more reminders so I can keep from throwing tantrums as huge as the ones my kids throw! :-)

Anyway, the only reason that this book got one star lower is because it can be easily misplaced and abused in the hands of my kids when I'm not looking. The practice of gratitude is beyond 5-star, though! I highly recommend that as a daily practice!

nice book to write in. But after a page or two, you run out of things to be grateful for. Then the book is useless. You are better off getting a page out of your 'usual' journal and writing it all in there!
Seems like a money-making scheme this book, when you could just write it in one of your own journals
