After meeting Rahzel's traveling companions (whom he had already been very well acquainted with) Rahzel's father, Serateed, demands that she immediately come back home with him for her own safety. But as Baroqueheat, and especially Alzeid, are reluctant to let her go, they eventually all decide that Baroqueheat and Alzeid will follow Rahzel wherever she may go for the time being, since they are at a point where they have no leads and no where else to go. But on the train on the way back to Rahzel's home, Alzeid has quite the peculiar challenger. That is, it's his own big brother, AKA, Second's original clone! Kiara has set it up so that he may keep Rahzel from interfering, so that the two Alzeids may fight to the death, or at least that is what he wishes for... And then, Rahzel is slowly starting to show signs that the Angel Text drug Dee had put into her system is taking effect... Where will our heroes go from here...?
OOHHHH, IT MAKES SO MUCH SENSE NOWWW. So!! I guess the reason why there are two Alzeids, sort of, and why Kiara calls that little boy Alzeid is because they are both clones of Second!! But the reason why tiny Alzeid is the "big brother" is because he was made first, but he pretended to not have any powers (and he looked different anyway), so he was branded a failure and Second made big Alzeid. But I'm guessing the reason why tiny Alzeid did that is because he wanted a friend. Right? Or, knowing Dazzle, perhaps he didn't want the fate that would befall the successful clone to fall on him. But it looks like big Alzeid is running too, huh? But really, how does Natsume tie in to all of this? Why is she tiny Alzeid's and big Alzeid's "big sister"? Is it because she spent a lot of time with the clones before she disappeared, or perhaps even killed by Second? And too, why is Second called Second instead of his name, Alzeid? Baroqueheat and his brothers also refer to her as Natsume, even though they were, as stated by Shogetsu, created by her. Second also seemed self-loathing, but he also stated there was something he had to carry out first. Everyone is acting like he vanished before that thing was carried out, so is he truly dead or what? Or is it his clones' responsibility to carry it out now? Hmm... But then, later, they hinted that Second may have actually studied under Natsume AND that this whole project was Natsume's idea and stuff, so apparently Natsume played a very important role in many people's lives. Even more so since she had apparently created Serateed and Baroqueheat, according to Shogetsu. So... GYAH, so many questions!! Was Natsume ever even in love with Second? Perhaps their roles were reversed? Also... I'm suspicious... Could Rahzel be the reincarnation of Natsume...? Furthermore, Alzeid and Rahzel are both on the cover of every single volume out there right now, and yet the series ultimately revolves around Natsume and Second. Alzeid is obviously connected to all of these important people, but how is Rahzel connected? I still don't quite understand why Kiara and little Alzeid took favor in her. Well, nonetheless, it appears that Alzeid's childish side is still there, he is beginning to realize just how childish he really is. He knows he's running, but before he can truly acknowledge it and try to fix it, he runs away again, scared of something. Perhaps scared that he'll be blamed for all of the wrongs he has seen, and all that he has done. I, too, wish I knew how to overcome that.
Ah, but before I finish my review I just want to say how much I like Fay Lisette. Hehehehe. He is truly so charming, and I do believe that we would make a good couple~. Those scissors though... What? Although, they make him even cuter. I've always like the snipping sound of scissors as well, that is, as long as it isn't a frantic snipping. That will start to make me cringe a bit. But man, oh, man! I never would have guessed Warrant Officer Fay Lisette was such a badass. He just really doesn't look like someone who would have served in the military. He's just far too adorable. Fay Lisette, will you marry me? <3
Although, before I forget, I should add that there is something truly fishy about that man... Rahzel really did blow his hand off, or at least blow some of the flesh off, so how did he only get away with a minor scratch? He did slip up when some of his discarded flesh was left laying on his cheek though. He is a truly puzzling man... Heheh, I like him quite a bit. I really, really do wish he were real. But I also feel that Shogetsu knows something that will happen that Rahzel and her group are not yet aware of... And because of that, he is keeping a close on them... Does he plan to protect Alzeid, Baroqueheat, or Rahzel? Or is he simply looking for something fun to watch over?
P.S. Who was that woman behind the corner in the last few pages...?
