When the rebellious Jackie Frost and her brother, Northwind, plot to take control of the Winter Palace and curse the Royal Winter Family, a treacherous storm threatens all of Ever After! Under Jackie's chilly curse, the Snow King freezes out everyone in the palace, including his daughter: Crystal Winter. As a wicked winter spreads across the land, Crystal takes off on a daring quest with her friends from Ever After High to melt her father's frozen heart and save the world from turning into a giant snow globe. With Jackie and other fairy dark forces working against them, will Crystal, Briar, Ashlynn, and the rest of the gang be able to heat things up before summer is gone forever after?
I really enjoyed this book but there were some parts that really bothered me. The Daring Charming and Apple White issue really bothered me because they both saw their destiny in the Storybook of Legends and they were supposed to be in the same story. This entire book pretended like that never happened. That really took away from the whole story. Other than that I enjoyed the story.
I read this with my 6 year old. She really liked it- and knew the characters. I was a little lost on the back story of the characters but thought it was a cute book. We then watched the 3 episodes of the Netflix series that was about this book.
I actually like this book and I own it I love reading it's really good and I love the poster inside I kept the poster inside the book I like how they do more of Crystal winter and Ashland Ella and briar beauty and I really don't like Apple White she's really annoying but well maybe cuz that's because of her mother's upbringing no way that's good I like it though I give it 10 out of 10 excellent is voltageous
