Ok what the freak. I wrote my review and was moments away from being done when Goodreads glitched out and DELETED EVERYTHING!? anyways. I liked this book, it was entertaining but wasn’t really my favorite. It took me forever to finish some of the couples stories whereas it took me what felt like minutes to finish *cough cough Tom and Willow cough cough*. To be honest each mini story had their parts that I didn’t love and some had more than others. I loved the way they boom ended though and how everything really did get their happy ever after.
Sing Forever - 3.5/5 ~ I loved Miles in this but honestly didn’t really like how everything was rushed
Strum Forever - 2.5/5 ~ There’s just something about these 2 that doesn’t click with me, I couldn’t imagine them which made everything worse
Rock Forever - 4/5 ~ I will love Tom forever but let me just say. Willow really twisted my gears and I just was so over her for most of this but you know Tom is Tom so he made up for it!
Play Forever - I just love Pete and how he is just so good and I loved how the entire series ended within the last page of their story!! But let me just say, if I had a man wanting to marry me and pay my tuition for school? I would NOT be saying no!!

Bonus book:
Sinful Ever After ❤❤ See below!

While each of the other books are standalone’s this last one involves all the couples we’ve met through the previous four Sinful Serenade books. So, I’d recommend reading all of them first, in order avoid spoilers and in order to connect with them all.

description

This book is basically a happy ever after for all the four Sinful Serenade couples:

Miles & Meg
Drew & Kara
Tom & Willow
Pete & Jess

Each couple face one last angst filled dramatic trial before they skip into the sunset together.

Personally, I don’t really feel that this book was necessary. I would have preferred to have more Tom & Willow and Pete & Jess time, than having to deal with Meg and Drew again. So, this one was not for me.

I am, however, looking forward to the spin-off series: “Dangerous Noise”.

Miles and Meg decide to get married in Las Vegas through the planning Meg is worried if she'll be able to handle all the time that Miles is on the road with the band. Kara and Drew get an unexpected surprise that changes their plans for the future, Kara is pregnant. Tom and Willow are happily married but Willow is hiding the fact that she is in touch with Tom's birth mom. Pete and Jess also decide to get married in Vegas but Jess panics when she thinks that they have different ideas of a future together.
I loved Miles and Meg's story as well as Pete and Jess' and would give those both 5 stars. However, for Kara and Drew's and Willow and Tom's stories I would only rate them 3 stars. I was happy all the Sinful couples got their happily ever afters.

As these are written as short novellas, I'm not going to break down each couple's story because I would end up revealing every little plot detail, but just know that Sinful Ever After wraps up these couples stories in the perfect way. From pregnancies to weddings and major family drama, Kaswell intertwines each individual life changing storyline with those of the other couples to prove in the end just how strong these relationships are. True love and all the jazz.

This was an book of epilogues for the previous books. One for each band member of the Sinful Serenade.
We got to see stuff that we wanted to see happen in the earlier books but didn't. I didn't really have a favorite story in this book but at the end of it it felt finished for this group.
Though I am hoping that we see Madison as one of the heroines in the Dangerous Noise series...

One thing that I loved about this series (book 1-4) and then this beautiful finale (book 5) and that the men of Sinful Serenade ALWAYS put their women first! Yes these talented, sexy, amazing rock stars are famous. They have careers that they love. They have the women that they love. But they are not ones to stand in the way of their booming careers or education. The distance is hard for all of them, but when the ladies express their concern of the demanding tour schedule really puts a toll on them.

Meg and Miles. My favorite tall couple. I love that Meg is pursuing her medical career. Miles won't let her quit because of him. On top of being engaged, the distance, the school Meg feels the pressure of wondering when she and Miles will finally be able to spend more than two weeks together and get married. Well, when in Vegas.

Kara and Drew. My favorite childhood relationship. Kara is thriving in student teaching. Her and her mom are getting their relationship back on track. Drew is supporting Kara in her schooling. When what she believes is just allergies, it turns out to be something more. I read Dangerous Noise first, so I already know what lies ahead for Kara and Drew and I'm so happy for them.

Willow and Tom. Willow is now an in demand photographer. Her boudoir shoots are getting more and more attention. Tom is reveling in it because she is in a field of her own when it comes to her success. When a blast from Tom's past contacts Willow it eats at her. Does she tell her husband? Does she just ignore it? But Willow is all about wanting the people that care about you in your life. It isn't smooth sailing when confronting Tom's past, but Tom sees what she did and why she did it.

Jess and Pete. My nerdy perverts. Jess is finished with her first semester at Law School. All A's of course. Her and Pete are loving being engaged. Their sex life never slows down. Ophelia continues to make Pete and Tom blush when she talks about sex and women. I find it hilarious, adorable, and refreshing. Pete knows Jess. He knows when something is eating at her (and not just him. HAHA!!). So when she finally tells him what's wrong, he steps in and tries to solve it the only way he knows how. Jess and Pete have a beautiful ending. They complete each other in ways that no other could.

Crystal Kaswell writes amazing stories about rock stars, successful women, sex, love, passion, and family. She does it in a way that is seamlessly poetic.

I received a free copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.
First off, I was very sad to hear that the Sinful Serenade Series was coming to a close but then I perked up when I heard that the "gang" would be making an appearance throughout the spin-off series, Dangerous Noise, that Crystal is writing! Usually by the time a series gets to a fifth book of a series, the story-lines have all been played out but I have to congratulate Crystal on making book 5 just as good, if not better, than any of the four previous books! As always, the story-line was amazing and the story flowed beautifully! Not once did the story stall out or ever feel forced! Also nothing felt repetitious or stall. I love that this book brought us up to date on each character but did so in way that was not boring or left us feeling like it was all stuff we already knew or have heard before! with this book we got to see the characters find their footing in life and you left us knowing that they had their HEA in their sights and all they had to do was make a grab for it. Also, I have to say, you amaze me with how you come up with dialog for Pete! As much sex and smut that he has talked throughout the first four books, where in the hell did you come up with everything for this book? I never knew there was so many different ways to talk about sex, but you sure found it! I love how well developed your characters are. Just when you think that you know everything there is to know about a certain character or a certain couple, you give us another facet to them! And because of this gift that you have, not one part of this entire series, was ever boring. Never did I once feel like I needed to skip ahead because it was something that I had read in another book. Sometimes a final book of a series can get a bit stale in that way but this book is written so brilliantly! Once I started reading, I could not put it down. I can't count how many times I fell asleep last night reading but would wake back up after an hour only to start reading again! Thank you Crystal for the pages and pages of entertainment! Anyone out there that likes dirty talking, sex hungry, alpha studs...this series is for you. These men know how to please their women and are not afraid to get creative!

3.5 stars

Part One: Sing Forever - 3 stars

This focuses on Miles and Meg. It’s nice to see how this couple is getting along after their book, but not much has changed. Meg is still in school and Miles is still a rock star on tour and they are trying to make their relationship work. I would have loved it more if that main issue of the story wasn’t so confusing.

The whole story plot was them getting married and how Meg was unsure yet completely sure she wanted to marry Miles; yeah I didn’t get the problem. Also the story was basically 90% sex, it’s surprising they have enough time to eat and breathe.

Part Two: Strum Forever - 3 stars

This focuses on Kara and Drew. I kind of figured was what going with them from Part I and we get some confirmation here. The story doesn’t add much except that the band is now finding ways to be home more instead of touring.

I wanted to be engaged in the story, but it didn’t pull me in; it was a bit hard to connect with them. For a couple who is engaged to be married and truly in love, they act like they didn’t plan a future together; they had to know all that sex would lead to something eventually.

Also they still act like sex crazed maniacs.

Part Three: Rock Forever - 4 stars

I love Tom and Willow, but I have to say Tom was my favorite in this story. The fact that Tom has become a completely changed man who loves his wife more than anything is so sweet.

I’m disappoint to say, but Willow really annoyed me with her surprise for Tom; even Ophelia warmed her about doing and she did it anyway. I just couldn’t believe she ambushed Tom like that and expected a different reaction.

I did enjoy this story more than the other two parts.

Part Four: Play Forever - 4 stars

This was nice ending to the series. Pete and Jess are still one of my favorite couples. I’m not sure if I like Pete’s solution for Jess’ tuition or if he was being somewhat a bully. Again the story is filled with lots of intimate scenes, but at this point I just skip them.

I wished Opheli would have gotten a happily ever after for herself in whatever way she wanted.

Fantastic Series

I just finished all five books and I can honestly say they were so entertaining...... I could NOT put them down! It killed me when I had to eat, work, go to an appointment, because it meant I had to interrupt some wonderful stories with some very hot, sexy men. The women who capture each of their hearts are so right for them even if it takes time for the guys to realize it. Ms. Caldwell does an incredible job of taking each couple and making them completely believable. Each book was well over 350 pages so each character was fully developed. Most nights I read until I could no longer keep my eyes open. Be warned....... this series is loaded with sex but it was just what the doctor ordered. My best advice is to read them in order. Otherwise you will have some difficulty understanding what came before. The male characters...... Miles, Drew, Tom, and Pete...... appear in each book and once they have met their true love, the women also become part of the next story.

I have no desire to give away any of the plot lines, but if you like books about musicians, bad boy musicians, you will love this set of five books. The final book is like a giant epilogue, and ties up the loose ends. Each individual book has its own good ending, but the last book let's the reader know what happened months later. I loved this set, but I'm taking a break ( tiny) before I begin the next box set. I need to catch up on some much needed sleep. I guarantee you won't be disappointed!

Great!

I chose this rating because this was a really great book. The characters were amazing. I loved allowed them. Miles and Meg they fell in love and they had the disease of addiction in common. They were great for each other. Drew and Kara they were best friends first. Drew help Kara to deal and cope with some of problems. They fell in love as well. Tom and Willow fell in love also Tom was a great comfort to Willow to push her forward and accomplish her goal, and not to let anything stand in her way. Pete and Jess they were a great couple as well they were great for each other. They balanced each other out. They were very much in love.
All of the couples were great. I loved the series. I wish there was another book that would like tell were and what they are doing years from not and about there kids and family. Great read. I recommend this book to all romance readers.

I’m going to miss these guys

I’m so attached to all of the Sinful Serenade and Dangerous Noise families. It’s so hard to finish these series and have to say goodbye. She did such a good job of capturing the love, desire and turmoil of real love. I felt every hesitation to let someone in, every fight, every joy. For every wedding I was sent back into memories of speed walking down the aisle to get to my husband, cheeks stretched into such a big smile there wasn’t room for my eyes to fully open. I was smiling through every wedding to the point that my husband asked what was happening in my books and every time we would reminisce about our wedding and wedding night. We agreed we are just as cheesy and obsessed as these guys. I’ve decided we’re basically part of the Sinful Noise fam. I’m going to miss them all!

As for this book you get a glimpse of where each couple is at in their relationships. Was glad to see Meg and Miles get their HEA. Kara and Drew gets an unexpected surprise. Would have liked to see what was in store for them a few years down the road.
With Willow and Tom, I am still of the mindset that she is a waste of space. She took something upon herself that she had no business instigating. Surprised that Tom forgave her so easily for her stupidity.
Pete and Jess's part was just sex and more sex. What was the point? That was all their book was about how they couldn't keep their hands off of each other so this glimpse into what was going on was the same. Didn't add much to their story.

A great finish to an amazing series! I am so sad to be done because I adore all these characters. I love how each couple got a unique story. And now I know for sure: Pete is my favorite.

Listening to the series in audio was so much fun. And it was good to have the guys’ perspectives in this one. But if you are going to bring on a new narrator in book 5, make sure they pronounce “Kara” the same way. Every time he said it, I couldn’t help but correct him.

I also found Willow to be infuriating. I just wanted to grab her and shake some sense into her. But, of course, things ended up okay.

What I did love about this was the fact that one of the guys wanted to be the one tied up. I’ve read quite a few romances and this is only the second time I’ve come across this scenario. It was so good to see a change of roles. Ugh, I’m really going to miss this entire series.

I have now read three of the five books of this series. I am in love with the characters of this line. I love that no matter how hardcore these rock stars are that the women they love will always come first in their lives. I find that is such a contradiction to what is the actual reality of celebrities today. We always see who is getting married and then divorced not long after. It is refreshing to see that for some of us the hope of love is still alive. Crystal Kaswell did an amazing job of her descriptions of how smoking hot the members of her band really are. It was a well written series and I cannot wait to start of the series about Dangerous Noise.

This was an excellent way to end the series. While I still have to more books to read it helped to know that dreams do come true. Your books are full of determination, patience, strength, endurance, forgiveness of self and others, hope, love, faith, and support of one another. As well as overcoming the fears and other issues that keep individuals from becoming their best. Your stories used sex some healthy and some unhealthy to as a way of connection and breaking down barriers. When two minds connects the true self is revealed.

Good Read!

This is the best edited book of the series. The repeated words and issues of the other books were toned way down in this one. There is still lots of sex but lots of emotion and storyline to go along too. After this I almost wish for another one to continue to follow the characters as they grow together. My reviews of the first 4 have been a bit harsh at times but I still kept reading. This one exceeded my expectations.

Sinful Ever After

I was almost sad to see this series end. It's so hot and romantic. Each rock star meets women who ground them and are ready to slow their careers for the sake of the family. Each one is met with a new challenge and things come full circle because the guys each put their loves first. I do love how Crystal Kaswell does a masterful job of combining all four stories. PLEASE READ!!

So many times I want a series to end with a glorious wrap up... this is exactly what you get from this book. The simultaneous endings for all the members of the band and their fantastic heroines. These stories have been a treasure to read. The authors sense of ironic & sarcastic humor never fails to amuse and entertain! Start at the beginning of this series and make your way here.... you won't be disappointed!

Oh my God! Fantastic

Wow, what an epilogue to the series. Those guys really love each other. They are the beginning and the end if each other. Each couple is unique and and has weathered different storms but have come out stronger together. I love them all.

Can't wait for more from Crystal.

Fabulous Ending

Sad the series is over, but wow, what an ending! If you have ever dreamt of a book boyfriend, the rock stars in this series will make you swoon, and you won’t be able to pick your favorite. This final book serves up all the heat and sexy mayhem you came to love in the previous four books.

Sinfully satisfying series roundup!

I love how this wraps up the series for the reader, with a novella on each couple but all interconnected! Super sexy, the usual humor and banter but the best part? Told in dual POV!!! So enjoyed getting the into the guys’ heads, wish the first 4 were the same

For a book that is split into 4 characters, following each of the 4 couples from the previous books, there is a lot of sex and explicit scenes that takes away from each couple and their lives and conflicts that could have been delved into more deeply. I preferred the conclusions they were all given in their retrospective books than this one which is a shame.
