This preliminary review was written on July 27, 2016:
I started to read this book last June but had to interrupt because I was too busy with with other things and could not properly concentrate on this topic.
This book is too important to read it "on the side". I'll pick it up again as soon as I'll be able to give it the attention it deserves.
The preliminary review was supplemented as follows on February 5, 2017:
I picked up this book again in September 2016 and finished reading it. Because of all kinds of calamities that happened to us last year, I was very short of time and found myself unable to write a proper review that this book deserves. However, I must admit that it was not only lack of time that kept me from writing a review. The political developments here in the U.S. had me terribly worried, and on November 8, my worries turned into reality. I am still shell-shocked to see the U.S. captured by fascism. And I now spend much more time watching the news on TV than I used to because I need to see what's next.
All my Jewish GR friends are worried sick. I don't personally think that the Holocaust would repeat itself (yet anti-Semitism is, definitely, on the rise), but anyone who has survived the Holocaust and/or has lost relatives either in gas chambers or otherwise murdered might be haunted by such fears. Holocaust deniers would, certainly, contribute to this anxiety.
I still feel unable to write a proper review on this book, as going into details about Holocaust denying would raise my blood pressure to dangerous levels. (Watching the news, these days, is already more than is good for my health.)
Therefore, I will only say that I thank the authors from all my heart for writing this book and declare it a must-read. The thorough research that went into this book must have taken a lot of time. And I am very glad that the authors took all this trouble to debunk these nasty and malicious Holocaust denial theories, which don't seem to die out while witnesses to the truth will soon all be dead for natural reasons. (I found the book to have some minor flaws, which forced me to read some paragraphs twice, but I consider these flaws bagatelles; they should not keep anyone from reading this book.)
