Found this little gem at a used bookstore. It’s perfect for a friend of mine! I went through the book and marked a lot of recipes I thought she would like. A good intro cookbook for someone who has to change their diet and doesn’t know where to start. There aren’t any pictures, which is a bummer, but the recipes are innovative, interesting, and look pretty yummy!

No photos but also no fake gluten free white flour!

No interesting breakfast for my taste and bread recipes are high in carbs (not nut flour based). Deserts are appealing but use carbs. I tried the chocolate tofu mousse and it was a disaster (wrong tofu brand?). Anyway not a book to my taste but innovative recipes.

One of my all time favorite cookbooks now! Being unable to eat gluten, soy and corn, this provided me delectable alternatives! You would never know I had any food allergies, but rather that I was a gourment cook! (or so I've been told while all I did was follow the instructions of the chef!)
