Review of book 1 The Moorigad Dragon:
I have just finished the 1st book of the 3 book Moorigad series. I am a paranormal book fan and am familiar with the regular paranormal species: Vampires, werewolves, shifters, walkers, zombies, elves, angels, demons, nephilm, witches, wizards...well you should get the picture. This is the first time I've dealt with a dragon shifter, let alone a place to live that is "alive". I found that the fast moving pace of the book with it's different characters (with t

Debra Kristi takes you into her beautifully magical world. This world is very complex and is full of secrets. If you aren't careful at Mystics, you may get lost. It is always changing.

The Moorigad Dragon Collection consists of three different books: The Moorigad Dragon, Reap Not the Dragon, and Plight Of the Dragon. I absolutely loved having all the books in front of me. I didn't have to wait to find out what happened next.

This story is about a young girl who decides to run away, because she no

A splendid fantasy full of romance, adventure and heart-stopping danger. The more I read from the series the more I fell in love with the characters.
There were so many twists and turns I had a hard time putting this series down.
I enjoyed the unique fantasy creatures and storyline that this book presented.
I definitely recommend this series to fantasy lovers out there.

This was a great read and I am glad that I was given the chance to read the entire series in one go. I always hate when I read the first book of a series and fall in love with things and can't just move right into the next books in the series. I appreciate when authors combine them down for is so that we can read the whole series at one time. This means that I can binge read, and then be sad when I am done and don't have any more to read.

Kyra is a great lead character. She is flawed but in the g

When I was looking at books to read this collective of 3 books caught my eye. I have always been a fan of paranormal shifter books. I was enthralled at the idea of a dragon hybrid shifter. No other author had ever written about this new possibility before. There is a lot to like about this collective as it tries to stay true to the main plot throughout the 3 books. However for me it raised more questions than it answere

Disclaimer: I received a copy of this ebook in exchange for an honest review. These books ( the 3 in the series) are fantastic. As soon as I had read the first page, I could not put the books down. I read them all the way through and then went to Debra's sites looking for more of her work. The characters are well developed. The story is fresh and new, magical and also real. The place where the story happens is a place we have all wanted to visit. I wanted to go visit, set up camp and stay. Pleas ...more

I have read the first four books of this series, it caught my attention from the very beginning! I was back in forth on why did that happen and who is the bad guy! Seriously you have hybrids (mixed species) you have a carnival that moves n changes, dragons and ect. These books brought out a world of family feuds betrayal love and lies. I think anyone and everyone should read this fantasy series it is unlike any I have read.

Debra Kristi has a wonderful imagination that takes you to another world!

I loved this collection of stories. Once I started reading, there was no putting them down no matter what else needed to be done. They move along at the perfect speed, have characters that you will fall in love with and want to see happy no matter what and a story that is both interesting and entertaining which will keep you reading from beginning to end. This collection needs to be read, you will not be sorry that you did so.

Moorigad: Complete Age of the Hybrid Series is a paranormal romance/fantasy about two coming-of-age would be lovers, Kyra and Sebastian's union and strength of character will be put to the ultimate test. The stakes? Everything and everyone that ever mattered to them.

The synopsis of this series about a Mystic Carnival is intriguing. This is a fast paced novel with multifaceted characters. At times, I needed to go back and reread to make sure I understood it. This author creates a very vivid artis

Absolutely loved it! I had read the first book previously, but enjoyed the refresher to get back into the story.
A mystical haven for a hodge-podge collection of supernaturals is the setting for a confusion of old hatred, rivalry, a struggle for supreme power, as well as caring souls, empathy and love. All wrapped in a thick cloak of magic. Sebastian and Kyra fight against the perceived negative aspects of their heritage and finally find their true selves.

Kyra has been on the run from her family when she stumbles into a portal that leads her to the carnival, which seemed to be expecting her arrival. She takes to the life of the carnival for supernatural, and even uses her talent as a dragon to breathe fire as an act. At the carnival she finally feels accepted and not like a half bred freak, also known as the Moorigad. Just when she feels like her life is what she wants, trouble shows up.

Let me just mention that this book was not at all like I exp

The Age of the Hybrid series by Debra Kristi is a three book trilogy called The Moorigad. Now you can get the complete story with all three books-in-one, including additional chapters. I had never heard of the series before I saw the complete all in one collection, and honestly this is the way I would have preferred it. I am not sure I would have kept up with the series one book at a time, but being able to read them

I mentioned that I was in the mood for a good dragon story and completely forgot that I had signed up for this blog tour. I received a beautiful signed paperback from the author for an honest review. This does not affect my opinion in any way.

I loved this locale of a magical carnival with its mysteries and its ability to protect those it has chosen. There are many layers to the story than what I initially envisioned, and it was fun and challenging to unravel it all. I did find some parts to be somewhat convoluted in the way the story was told especia

Welcome to Mystic's carnival, where there is more here than meets the eye, where witches and wizards are hiding in plain sight and where the more you look, the more there is to discover. Debra Kristi's Moorigad takes you on a journey into this delightful carnival where the paranormal thrive. Meet Sebastian, a half Grim Reaper, and Mara (something like the sirens in Greek mythology), who works as a tarot card reader. He's your average moody teenager who is running from a family legacy. Then there ...more

I am a paranormal fan and was very excited to dive into this series. The cover is gorgeous and the synopsis sounded right up my alley. I think the story line was great. Very intriguing and unique. Totally loved the carnival idea but...I just couldn't for the life of me connect with this story. It started very abruptly and I felt lost from the get go and I never fully managed to get my feet on steady ground. I felt like a fish out of water for lack of a better reference. This is a story of Kyra who is a hybrid dragon and doesn't feel like she fits in with her family. She falls into a mist and is a carnival that seems to have been waiting for her. She meets Sebastian who becomes her friend.
I don't write much about the book because I am afraid of giving too much info. I like the book very much, it was a great story and I couldn't wait to find out what happens next. There were times where I had a hard time sorting out the connections, but that is just me. The stor

I love this series! I feel the author had a very vivid world fleshed out in these stories. It was beautifully descriptive and easy to lose yourself in. The dialogue flows well and the characters are truly unforgettable.

The plot was paced well and very hard to put down. I highly recommend this series and author.

I recieved this book via Goodreads Giveaway.

I haven't read any books about a dragon hybrid or a reaper, so i was very intrigued. At first it was hard to follow the story. But as it went on it got a lot easier and started to make a bit more sense. However, a prequel or shorts about characters and the mystic carnival would be great to give more of an understanding.
