“You come in here acting all high and mighty, call me over, take me from my duties after giving me a lecture about not doing my job properly, and then you have the nerve to stand, after wasting my time, and walk out? I don’t know how you were raised, buddy, but clearly you were never taught manners.” I throw my hands on my hips and lean close. “So off you go—leave. You’re the one missing out. I don’t serve wankers who have more mood swings than a female with PMS”
"Girls like you will never work with guys like me. I'm dark; it's in my soul. You're light; I saw it the first time I met you. You're the kind of light that could fix my dark, but I can't let that happen."
" I could've been your friend, and buddy, I would've been the best fucking friend you ever had, but you're a dick. I don't befriend dicks."

"If we opened our soul for others to see, The darkest parts of us might be free."

"I'm dark it's in my soul. You're light: I saw it the first time I met you. You're the kind of light that can fix my dark, but I can't let that happen."

“The universe had a plan, and it seems everyone is out to try and take that away.”
“You’re the kind of light that could fix my dark, but I can’t let that happen.”
“I don’t . . . I don’t know if I’m doing it right.”
“Being you is doing it right, baby.”
“D – Stop texting me.
M – You’ll come to love it, possibly even need it to survive.
D – No, I won’t.
M – You’re such a good friend. I’m so glad we had this talk.
D – You’re a pain in my ass.
M – I miss you too.”

They say opposites attract. In my world that isn’t a good thing. I did everything I could to escape the motorcycle club I grew up in when I turned twenty-one. It wasn’t about fear, or betrayal, or even lack of love. I just needed my own life. I had to know how it felt to stand on my own two feet without their protection.
Then I met Diesel. Mysterious, dark, with eyes that screamed to be understood.
From the second I met him, I knew I needed to be in his life. There’s just one problem – he’s a member of a different motorcycle club. Two things that should never be combined. Yet I can’t stay away. No matter how hard he pushes. I can see beyond his mask. I need to know who he is and I’ll overcome any obstacle to be in his life.
A friendship is born, followed by an epic love.
Our relationship is forbidden.
But I’ll do anything to be in his life.
Anything..
