Excellent book. Lots of emphasis on different treatments for depression, not just medication (altho that is covered well too). I thought the case story sections would be annoying but I found that they were interesting to read and it helped me think thru the different worksheets by reading how others filled them out. Very good advice and a book definitely worth owning. My only complaint is that I wish I could find doctors like the authors - where do these mythical, caring, listening creatures exist?? :)
