I think this is a really good book for anyone thinking of meditation or in need of a clearer vision about it . It also carries an insight into our psyche and specific obstacles that we carry in our minds but can't point a finger at it . Knowing what are the things stoping us from practice makes everything a lot easier . While reading this I managed to admit to myself some new things and I got new motivation . I would specially recommend this to people new to meditation who claim that they can't get into the no thinking awareness because it explains the phases in mind we go trough mentally untill we get there as a part of natural order . It's encouraging .
I found this book while browsing the library shelves. My only experience with mindfulness is my desire to want to be present, though I had no idea what that meant and if I was ever even doing it. This book is the perfect introduction to mindfulness and meditation. Short, easy, and engaging with a good mix of stories vs information.
Somewhat informative, with interesting stuff in it. Overall though - possibly my terrible memory - I can't really recall anything outstanding advice-wise from this book.
The audio was clear to understand and easy listening.
