Contains Chapters 75 - 79 + Bonus Story "Summer Days": I loved this series! It was filled with fun and interesting characters and had me constantly laughing out loud.
I'm so sad to be finishing this series. It's taken me on several twists and turns. I've laughed, and I've come close to crying. If you see this, please check this series out. It is AMAZING.
what kind of wedding was that?! courthouse?! this should be shojo! put on some fluffy white dress when you go to the courthouse at least! don't make it seem like some errand you are getting done between changing your oil and buying toilet paper! i guess i shouldn't be too mad, the only wedding i've seen from a shojo manga thus far has been from gentlemen's alliance. but still, something that should focus on the romance aspect should have played up a wedding. it would have been awesome to see ito's dad at the reception, hehehe. what about the meeting with her dad about asking for her hand, and how does he know about tulips? at least her asked ito instead of just demand that she marries him (which would have been out of character anyway).
oh, and i hate, absolutely hate makoto's short hair. i think he looked best with it being a little longer (not like it being to his shoulders- slightly too long- but right above it). that honestly has nothing to do with the artistry in this book, which by the way people still have a serve case of lazy-eye.
I love this gender-bender, funny, romantic, a little paranormal manga.
Ito Miura is a tomboyish girl whose looks and attitude makes her easily mistaken for a boy. As a member of the drama club she always play male roles. Soon she meets the new transfer student Makoto who is a beautiful girl, who is really a guy in disguise. Makoto has made a deal with his father, to be able to follow his dream of becoming an actor, he must attend high school as a girl and nobody must know. So when Ito finds out the secret by accident she swears she won't tell. This starts their weird friendship that soon turns into a strong bond...love...
Throughout the story there were a lot of love stories that come into play as examples which the witness and strength their love.
This is such a amazing book, the end of the story is almost like the ones in fairy tales. I belive that the power of love and trust can change people's opinino of thing. Like in the story Mako's father didn't agree with mako's job and work but then by Mako's hard work Mako change his father's opinino and let Mako go free. So does with Ito's family Ito's bother think she is still a kid but she change his brother and change his by trusting more of her. Last Ito's father, he treat her like gold and can leave home just because her daughter is dating a guy but Mako's love to Ito change Ito's father's mind of him....
OK!! This is my review for the whole series. I really liked it. Well, I loved it!! I have read so much shoujo manga, and the same plots come up, and I don't really care. The crossdressing situation isn't really new, but I liked the acting aspect of this series. I also love how romantic it is. It is almost unbearably, romantic, almost excessive and uncomfortable, but I really don't care. I loved it all. This is one of my favourite shoujo mangas. I kinda wish there was more, but I am pretty satisfied with how it ends. It's so cute!!!
Premisnya lumayanlah.
Ceritanya cukup bagus. Chemistry tokoh utamanya juga dapat. Cuma di sekitar volume 6-10 agak membosankan buatku. Agak terlalu mutar-mutar, yah tapi menuju akhir lebih menarik.
What a great way to end the series! The moment when Makoto proposes actually made me cry, and it was, all in all, a very satisfying ending. ^_^ thanks for the ride, Emura!
